Review 1：Although a five star hotel, the staff still managed to make the stay feel warm and welcomed. Left my shampoo at home and they offered to send someone to buy one.

Review 4：At the price you pay you expect to get treated very well. If another frequent customer gets a better treatment that is fine but asking us to move rooms when we are paying 1000CHF to accommodate another customer is unheard of
