Review 1：Air conditioned was leaking water, lack of maintenance there. TV was old and with poor image quality. Although parking is free if the hotel is full, you may not get too much space there.

Review 7：Old furniture, bathroom not really clean. Shower or too hot or too cold ! This hotel needs an urgent complete revamp. The Gym is in miserable state very old equipment. Room service is also very bad. Almost no choices , and we have asked a sandwich that was never delivered. Only one trash bin on the room. We have stayed 2 nights with a baby.

Review 19：Take care with the shower, it opens very easily, go slow. Cost benefit is not the best feature of this hotel. Prepare to spend money...

Review 20：The biggest benefit of the hotel is the comfort. The bed and pillows were very good, the size of the room is fair, the view is stunning (14 floor), the staff is very pleasant, the furniture is useful, the room service tasteful, breakfast with a good selection of options. It was Easter Sunday when we check out and we got a box of Rafaello, sweet surprise.

Review 23：- I've arrived late in the night and a girl at the reception told me that I need to pay the whole amount immediately. My card was not working. Next morning I went downstairs. There was another girl, she said that for foreigners it's only half of amount. So, different people at the same hotel was saying different things... - Ants or some other small insects (especially in the bathroom). I could handle any problem, but this one was too much for me... - The latch from the inside was not there at all, it was broken. - No even one free bottle of water in the room. - TV channels only on Portuguese.
