Review 1：Rooms not cleaned very well, found hair and dust everywhere. The swimming pool wasn't clean and the spa didn't work.

Review 3：Terrible value for the money. The room was comparable to a highway motel with old furniture, old beds and tired decor. Should have done the 30 min drive back to Delta in jonquiere which was cheaper and a lot nicer. Not worth what I paid. I feel like someone who just got haggled

Review 12：No internet most of the time Had to have staff come to room twice to try and get on Internet I have 2 PC's with me, both and my I-phone worked ever where else, Local restaurant Goofy's phone would sign on before I had sat down. I spent a lot of time there with my PC getting mail and updates to the work I was here for. I have traveled to ALMA one week per month for the past 2 years, have stayed at alternate locations. First night lights over bed didn't work! Had to park in very bottom garage as lot was full none guests cleared at about midnight. In morning in rain had to walk around outside to get down to my car to go to site as locked door bottom level was not capable of being opened from inside. SO IF THERE WAS A FIRE AND THE DOORS WILL NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE I GUESS YOU BURN!!!!! Most of the staff could not speak,English so almost impossible to get help or satisfaction.
Review 13：The furnishing are very outdated , the exterior of the building is more impresive then the rooms. The cost charged did not even include any brakefast.

Review 15：We were in town to snowmobile and the location was great in terms of the access to the local trails. Also great for walking to dinner in the evening!
