Review 1：service is almost inexistent. Used dishes at the front of the rooms where left for all night. Nobody cared to pick them up Photos of the hotel are far better than the hotel itself The temperature control at the room was useless. Had to order a sandwich at the bar since the restaurant was closed. The worst sandwich I have ever tried Never to come back here...

Review 4：Service team is nice and always ready to help with a very few exceptions. Accommodations are fantastic, nice room and spa facilities, close to downtown makes the hotel a excellent option for those who want to relax but enjoy the city restaurants and stores.

Review 5：The only negative was that on my last night I asked for a wake-up call which I didn't get. The night receptionist wrote it down on her pad as I watched but the information got lost somewhere. Anyway, my own alarm went off so I caught my connection and no harm done.

Review 6：I arrived very early after an overnight bus ride from Santiago and was checked in immediately. Much appreciated. The staff are excellent and the hotel is very attractive internally (not that attractive externally). The interior designer obviously had a hessian obsession because that is the theme, but overall the effect is attractive.

Review 7：The price of drink in the bar was excessive, this was generally at least twice as dear as in the cafes etc. in the town.

Review 9：The staff should be trained and taught about the surroundings and touristic attractions. Our room was right above the dinning room... we suffered from loud noises up to 1:30 am, they were cleaning and preparing the dining room for the next day's breakfast. Many unattended children running around the heated pool, which had plenty of cold water, and a sauna not available for maintenance reasons.

Review 12：Beautiful property and design . Stayed in three hotels in puerta varas and this was nicest. Although it's showing signs of needing an upgrade . One of only places in chile that made a good omlette

Review 13：Wifi is very bad. Staff is terrible and even rude. The bathroom was not working. Wifi não funciona. Vaso sanitário com defeito. Staff mal educado, mal humorado e indelicado.

Review 15：-Light colored carpets and hallways are showing wear. -Spa staff not very competent and while the spaces are beautiful the service quality does not match.

Review 16：Loved the decoration very spa like with wood and natural fabrics. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, fireplaces and plenty of nooks to hank out. Very peaceful and restful. Cool bar and patio areas. Location is very good and a 5 minute walk into town.

Review 26：I rented a car on the hotel front desk. It was from a local company VarasCar Tour, when I returned the car, it was a friend of the company owner that received it. He didn’t bring our contract and the credit card receipt. Now almost 1 month later, they charged 755 USD!!!! from my credit card. More than the maximum fee for the complete car damage and more than all expenses from my 3-day hotel stay. The company is trying to scam me. Unacceptable for a five star hotel work with this type of partner. So take care if you want to book any service at front desk. And avoid this company.

Review 28：arrived and bathroom had tepid water, so we couldn't shower for two days. they moved us after two days, that was an inconvenience and we left things in the room . We were cold and tired after 12 hours or travelling - so not being able to have a hot shower for two days was poor. After we moved rooms - everything was great

Review 38：we had reserved a superior with views on the volcano, but what we got for $ 265 was a room with no views and dirty sheet and bathroom, we complained and wanted to change into one with a view on the lake. but was not possible, so they offered us buffet dinner, what was kind, but we were so disappointed.
