Review 1：It was a rainy day and I dined at the hotel. The food was not very inspiring. And in spite of the cold weather and the lack of clients everything was served cold. Not good at all.

Review 3：Is the second time we go to Fenix Hotel, and we came back because we were happy with our first stay. Is a nice hotel, well located- Caldea is just a few minutes walk and also is very close to the shops, we found the room at a good price. We went to Andorra for Caldea and for shopping so the hotel was perfect for us.
Review 4：Parking nearby is a little difficult but if you want you can pay for a space in the hotel garage.
Review 5：We have stayed repeatedly at this hotel for many years. Rooms are very well equipped including a king size double bed.
Review 6：Breakfast cost only 9 euro per person and was excellent. We also ate dinner, again great value with a nice Rioja for only 12 euros! The public car park, just down the hill was fine and cheaper than the hotel parking.
Review 7：Beds were a little hard. We requested a double bed but ended up with tein beds. We requested a quiet room, but noise from outside the hotel was rather loud.

Review 11：In the exectutive room there are two individual beds instead of a double bed. The staff said us that there aren't any free room with double bed. This room was one of the bests hotel's room and we paid for that. Furthermore, the entrance of the room smelled drain. If we had known that, we wouldn't have paid for this room. That isn't the conditions we were paying for.

Agreed, we have to care about nature,but lets not exaggerate.Menu for the hotels restaurant is hanging all over the hotel, but this restaurant isn't even in the hotel itself, but located elsewhere. Very kind hotel staff, especially the 'valey' looking afterour personal parking spot in the underground hotel parking. Perfectlocation, nearby everything, including Andorra la Vella, which is only 5min away by foot (but ok, lets face it, Andorra is small anyway).
