Review 1：Staff is poorly trained, elevator has a panel that is hard to select floors, shampoo comes in a plastic bag that is impossible to open with the hands wet, room keys don't work (if you stay in this place make sure to stop by the lobby to re-activate the key card prior to going up), laundry takes two days and do not work on weekends. If you need a place to do business, forget this one, Internet is horrible with no reliability and no speed. There are better options for the money elsewhere.
