Review 1：The hotel can be difficult to find at night, also you have to drive into town for restaurants, food,metc.

Review 3：Everything was great.The staff was very friendly and accomadating to make you feel comfortable.Darlene is a sweetheart. It is very clean and comfortable. We were there a month ago for the first time, and had to go back again!It will be a desination for the new year for sure!

Review 6：The room was very cold, the bed was very uncomfortable for me and there were no extra blankets in my room so I was so cold all night.The bathroom was very small. I felt they should have had heat on in the room when they were expecting booked guests or at least shown them where it was and how it worked. It was not good value for what we paid as I had booked for 2 days but did not want to stay another night because of my issues so it cost me for 2 rooms for two nights but we only stayed the one night.

Review 8：We had room 8 on the end of the first building. It had a locked pass thru door to 7. There was no sound proofing - it was as if the people in 7 were in our room - even low voices were easily heard.

Review 14：The walls were paper thin, the room was tired and the bathtub had moldy grout. Booking.com had also not passed on our special request (we saw the print out so belief this to be true).

Review 16：Shower knob broken, so no shower. No good lighting for reading in bed. Very plain decor. Ceiling fan too noisy to sleep. Too expensive for this small room.

Review 19：Mom and Pop property. Don't let the outside scare you off. Room was very clean with somewhat private patio and chairs. View of Lunnenberg was best in the area. The lights at night of the harbor was breathtaking.

Review 22：my sister and I stayed one night - Donna who booked us in gave me information regarding restaurants and other things to see - the room was very clean sheets were fresh - it was in the older part so was a smaller room but was plenty big for us - beds were great - we had a small balcony and enjoyed the view and fresh air
Review 23：The spiders in the bathroom were a little creepy. The coffee set up was not very professional, probably not what I'm used to in other hotels. It might be an OK setup for personal guests in your home, but not in a motel.
Review 24：The view and the quiet, serene location beside the golf course. There is a little patio for each room where you can sit and enjoy the view overlooking Lunenburg across the bay. The room was very comfortable too.

Review 26：Sofa beds need to be replaced. They are torture devices - spring stick into you and every time you roll over they creak loudly.

Review 28：The motel was old and run down with a few superficial things done to fix it up. Room had a smell, toilet rocked on the floor, no plug in bathroom for hair dryer, no place in bathroom to put any toiletries (no counter etc) no hair dryer, inadequate window blinds and the owner was non-communicative because I think he wasn't fluent in English. We did try another room, which was even worse and stunk like cigarettes.

Review 31：The location of the motel was lovely with a great view of Lunenburg. The rooms were easy to access and each had a deck to enjoy. As we were sitting on the deck, a deer came by to nibble on shrubs.
Review 32：No a/c, though not too much of a problem given the weather was almost cool when we were there. Terraces are all joined so not private. Must drive 2-3km to get to the town's attractions.

Review 41：The room was not sound proof and we could hear the person snoring very loudly in the next room as well as we could hear people talking, especially the cleaning staff in the morning were making rude comments about the guest that had just left the room. I don't think they knew I was still in my room or they were not aware of how paperthin the walls were. The Wi-Fi signal was not very good. Would be nice to have a pool *:)

Close to the town and the front desk person was very friendly and helpful.. Loved this place & will stay again & recommend friends to stay here. There was even a picnic table & BBQ available if needed *:)

Review 44：My wife was looking forward to sitting out all night and looking at the view,but there was no view of the water in our room.The ad showed a picture of the water on your own balcony.She was looking forward to a view and a bottle of wine.She felt her stay was ruined because of it.Very sad could not sit out with a glass of wine and to sit and absorb the whole beautiful experience.Want to come back to stay two nights .She is afraid she won't get a room with a balcony.
