Review 1：The old fashioned 'highway motel' concept has been very attractively updated at the Green Acres. My room (Queen) had an excellent bed, a good desk for my work purposes, and very pleasant amenity touches (robe, various soaps, and a fresh carnation (!) The staff was terrific, courteous and very friendly without being overbearing - an excellent stay.

Review 2：Our third visit and as always, we were greeted by cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with two queen size beds. This time we travelled with our pet and were provided with a dog pillow, dog biscuits and access to a large outdoor space for the dog to play.

Review 3：Room was little bit tiny and felt crammed. Too pricy for the room size. WiFi didn't work at all so plugged in the cable from wall socket.

Review 23：I really appreciate the attention to detail, the little touches eg. fresh flowers in the bathroom, the night light, windows that open, the seasonal swimming pool etc. There is nothing that I didn't like.

Review 24：There was very little room between the side of the king size bed and the wall! I had to squeeze in sideways facing the wall because I was not able to crawl in from the foot of the bed.

The rooms were large, clean & beautifully decorated. "Kitchenettes" were a great addition for travellers. LOVED the coffee delivery to the room in the morning. The place was absolutely charming!

Review 39：Bright spacious suite. Staff were super friendly and helpful and really seemed to want to please us. The free trolley to downtown core proved very useful and eliminated the need to look/pay parking.

Review 40：To the Management: Upon registration, I was not told that there would be a pre-authorized amount showing on my Visa statement. In future, I would highly recommend notifying your guests in advance that a 150.00 cleaning fee has been added to the total amount.

Review 41：Thank you for the services provided at Green Acre Inn. We found our room to be clean and comfortable upon arrival. Due to my picky nature, I would, however, suggest a good cleaning of your front reception door on the interior. It defininately does not match the cleanliness of the rooms!

Review 62：At first glance while entering the property, the facilities looked dated. However, the owners have obviously invested heavily in bringing the facilities up to current day standards. Rooms were clean and bright with hardwood floors modern furnishings, TV, CD player,fridge and microwave all provided and the the room had a freshly painted look to it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at Green Acres 1-2 times per year for at least the last 15 years because of the excellent location but each year it improves further!

Review 69：We booked online and didn't know this inn. We were amazed at the value and the decor. Three fireplaces in the suite, a superb shower AND a large whirlpool tub. Best of all a comfortable king bed for a great night's sleep. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in the Kingston area.

Review 70：Although we arrived late and left early, we found the staff was friendly, the room was immaculate and quiet. Nice touches included hardwood floors, marble tile, as well as, a fresh cut rose in the bathroom, all at a reasonable price. We could not ask for more.

The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. My wife loved the jacuzzi! The bath products they provided were also of good quality. Check-out was also easy. BTW, they also offer a CAA discount!

Review 83：We were not expecting the Inn to be on the highway amongst superstores and a busy retail area. We thought the photo showed it to be in a residential area. But saying that, our room at the back had no traffic noise, and with the grassy area and swimming pool nearby, it did not feel like we were on a retail park. So although initially the area was a bit of a shock, in fact it was much better than first seen when we arrived.

Review 84：Our greeting on arrival! Daniel was a most superb receptionist. Courteous, helpful, informative - absolutely everything you would wish to have on checking in. The room was excellent - all amenities including iron and ironing board - very good when travelling around. Breakfast was delivered on time - adequate, could maybe also offer cereal perhaps? Swimming pool was clean and great fun - the whole area was well looked after. We were completely satisfied with our one night stay. The room and beds were comfortable. Nothing to fault the accommodation or service at all. All staff were excellent. Would recommend Green Acres to others, and if we were ever to come back to Ontario, we would definitely stay here again.

Review 85："miniature" double room had a jacuzzi tub, but found it to be too cramped for even one person. we opted for a larger, more expensive room that only had a regular tub.

Review 91：Pillows were too soft - prefer a firmer pillow - maybe provide a couple if firmer pillows in the closet? Coffee in the room was not good - it could be the detergent used to clean the coffee maker or maybe the water.

You get what you pay for!!
