Review 1：Check-In/Out took slightly too long, the room has a kind of stinging awful smell and the toilet will floor.

Review 7：Managements need to look into this matters: Room service menu. Possible to separate Halal and non Halal menu as not to mislead others muslim tourists staying in the hotel. Phone directory not provided which number to dial for room service, housekeeping etc... There are many cockroaches in the room and toilet ( hygiene and cleanliness ). Need to do something bout this as some tourists dont like the sight and presence of cockroaches when staying in the room. Throughout my 10 days stay everyday i will see cockroaches roaming around everywhere in the room and toilet. Lack of gym equipments. Some tourists prefer the gym than the pool. There is no International power point. International power point is compulsary in the hotel rooms as there are mostly worldwide tourists staying in the hotel.

Review 8：Convenient as there is Halal restaurant in the hotel and night markets all over the vicinity. Hotel staff are friendly.

Review 9：Very old hotel which need a total renovation or face lift. Floor board peeling off and sanitaru wares are very old with stains. TV very small hardly you can enjoy a movie

Review 11：As I've mentioned the location is disgusting, it's like "little India" everywhere are curry restaurants, the area is dirty and due to the open markets the crowds are like attending a football match. Although the room in the suites were passable the building it's self was very "sad" it needs a lot of maintenance, paint peeling off walls, some concrete crumbling, the gym was a good extra but again it was so old most of the equipment didn't function properly. The biggest problem was when I booked it said "breakfast included" when I got the confirmation it said "no meals included with this booking" I took it up with Booking.com but they didn't want to know, I then took it up with the suites and they were adament.....no breakfast!!

Fantastic breakfast spread at the lovely rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of Bkk. Chef Kasim deserves special mention for his friendly disposition and kind way, always ready to make you eggs to order. Our family has been staying at Baiyoke Suite hotel numerous times over nearly 20 years, we keep coming back for the fantastic location, breakfast and suite rooms.

Review 35：This hotel is Haunted in the elevator. We try to press the "L"to go to lobby but it did not. The elevator always took us to the 7floors. The 7 floors is under construction without light. We press the lbutton again. The elevator took us to the l level but not open then takeus back to the 7 floors!!! Becareful!!!!The room was dirty. The staffs was rude. Air condition not good. The location may be good but not. You need to walk more than 500 meters to get the transport. NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL

Review 37：They provide only 2 dairy whitener per day in the room which is just for one cup of tea. We were 2, hence we requested more, but they turned down our request. We had to go out and have our tea. When they are charging so high for the room, they should give service to their customers.

Review 41：extremely dated.. the pictures on here do not show the truth.. the bathrom was very bad, wooden door was all split and falling apart from damp, the tiles were broken and everything looked way too old. The sheets were clean so that was good but it was tired and dated in general. The whole hotel was the same and the corridors were hot and dark and dingy. I wouldnt stay again.. there are much better hotels out there for the price.

Review 53：A lot of things _ My room is on 16th floor, room#164 1) Old and not well maintained. Cracked sink counter; peeled off wood veneer, wallpaper and bath tub; dirty glass windows; cracked laminated floor...in brief: deteriorated 2) Dirty caulking around bath tub; molds 3) Bath towels are stink and old like rags. Bedding are uncomfortable. 4) Wifi is only available in the hotel lobby, and unfortunately there are a few seats around the lobby. 5) Group travelers can be seen in and out very frequent.

Bathroom light is on ceiling above & slightly above the head so it casts a shadow on the Face - not good for shaving, 1 cm long Cockroaches present in mechanical Safe near bathroom wall. Balcony Door & windows are Locked. So cannot get some fresh air or if one wants to go out for a smoke. don't like to live in AC room continuously. Balcony should be accessible with a small clothes line. Initially, was given only 1 swipe Card for 2 persons, which Card is used for Lift destination, door entry & electricity main Switch. This was a problem as both persons would always have to go out together otherwise one person would have to stay without electricity when the other person went out alone. Next day asked for a 2nd Card & got it.

Review 72：My room was not cleaned the next day inspite of reapeatedly calling the House Keeping staff. The lady was pretty rude to me over the phone and informed me that I had put 'Do not disturb' on my door which I did not as I ensured before leaving the room the sign 'Make up room' was on the door as I was pretty disguted after waiting the entire day I wanted the room clean when I returned. Ultimately, I called reception and my room was cleaned. Except for this hiccup I liked the room, the breakfast and the staff at the reception who were very pleasant. Will definitely stay again at Baiyoke Suites.

Review 74：They only give you 1 coffee and 1 tea bag each, no spoons to stir your cup air con not work on temp controls. They now want 2,000bt deposit before it was 1,000. Waited long time for the house keeper to phone down that nothing out of the bar fridge. Room was always very late in cleaning.

The bedding is fairly comfortable, but the linen is discoloured. The suites are a good size but cheaply furnished. The building itself is patched up, poorly repaired and dated. The breakfast I can only describe as scarily inedible.

Review 129：Upon check out, The receptionist told us that we broke the glass but we didn't. And I thought it was me alone, but my brother had the same problem. When I insisted n argue with them, finally they just say "OK". N they refund back my brother's money.

When you indicate that you are coming early morning, you think that it's counted and you can check in earlier, but in fact, when you come at 11am, they say that check in time is 2pm. Why do you ask then online what time we arrive? That's the only thing I didn't like in this hotel. Managers should consider these minor things.
