Review 1：Not a bad experience, but. We felt it was a little far out of town. Our room was quite small.

Review 3：Host has a lot of strange rules (eg not allowing any food in the room or using the fridge) and sometimes not very accommodating (eg not allowing any breakfast even just a few minutes before 8 even if you have an excursion pick up at 8) Very poor wifi with many sites being blocked (e.g. airlines and booking.com)

Review 12：Breakfast hours were only from 8 to 10 and there is no flexibility in case you need to leave earlier. Wifi was almost useless. It has a centralized climate control therefore you cant adjust it. The staff only critized our decisions on how to move around instead of being helpful.

Carlos and the reception girl [Im sorry I cant remember name] are so welcoming and friendly. The place is warm, and very clean. Breakfast is simple but very nice. The hotel is up the hill a little but I liked this as I usually eat to much so it was good exercise. The views make up for this. Perfect place and great people. I would guarantee you will be very happy with this hotel in Bariloche

Review 67：The staff - particularly Oliver and Ignacio were amazing. They really care about their guests and want to ensure you have an excellent stay in Bariloche. The hotel was mid-sized, clean and welcoming. Very close to downtown (though there is a steep hill) and on the right side of town if you want to head out to the chicco circut, etc. Oliver helped us reserve a car at a much better then we were able to find in town. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Review 71：The hotel has lovely views and is a short (little bit steep) walk from the main tourist areas. Staff are really friendly and speak english for those of us with little spanish. Oliver on reception our first day or so was excellent telling us the highlights to see and booking us on a tour. He recommended a few places to eat - one of them was a great nearby pub with boutique brewery and excellent food called Manush. The owner was also friendly and sorted us out with taxi's etc. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and everything modern. I'd stay here again certainly.

Review 72：They made no attempt to provide any sort of breakfast before 8:00am despite the fact they were clearly up & about. Almost to the point of embarrassment. Several other hotels went out of there way to provide a breakfast pack if you were leaving early but this hotel was sorry too bad! This was the only thing that really let this hotel down.

Review 78：You hear everything. You have to ring the door bell to get in at anygiven time, so we heard the doorbell several times during the night.Fortunately there were hardly any other people. If it is full, this mustbe very noisy. The same with conversations at the check-in. Front deskis not always covered. We were let in by the cleaning lady, which wasokay. Breakfast officially only after 8 A.M., which is very inconvenientfor some tours and seems very late for any hotel. They accommodated usby having the night watchman prepare something earlier in the morning,which was good enough for us. Also, tour bus pick-up does not stop infront of the hotel, because it is very steep there.

Review 88：The front desk staff were not there when we had checked into the hotel, so we were checked-in by the cleaning staff and one of the ladies was not welcoming. Otherwise, hotel is perfect.

Review 89：Every room has a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. This is a clean, quiet and fairly modern hotel. Location is great - less than a 10 min walk away to the city center. Breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast starts at 8:00, but they allowed us to have breakfast earlier because we had a bus to catch at 8:45, which we were very greatful for. The front desk guy (British national) was very helpful and ordered us a taxi the night before. The man who organized breakfast was also very friendly and excellent.

Review 90：Stunning hotel - really can't recommend enough! The rooms are very comfortable and spotless, with an absolutely gorgeous view of the mountains. The waterfall shower in the bathroom was really welcome as well! The location is excellent, really close to the main street and bars/restaurants. The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Review 93：The internet in the room worked okay on my iPhone it was of medium speedon my MacBookPro it kept dropping and was unstable. The room I had was106, and was directly above the reception so therefore you hear allconversations quite annoying if you want to relax. And the door bell canbe heard through out the day as well as the front door is locked so thisis bothersome as well. The writing bureau has no chair! In the wholeroom there is no chair to sit. Just a hooker which obviously gives noback support. The closet is open and has no doors. Inconvenient as allcan be seen. There is no safe in the room which is a big miss if you askme. Also no minibar not that I would use it. But it shows a lack ofessentials. The bathroom looked nice, however the toilet role was didnot have a nicely folded piece of paper to show care in cleaning hasbeen performed the paper was torn instead... Also the toilet paper is ofsuch bad and thin quality you need to triple layer it yourself toprevent a mess. There was only 1 toilet paper role so which was halfused. After half I day I ran out of toilet paper. Not what you expectfrom a 3*** hotel, and not even a spare role there... Also when I took ashower I found 2 female hairs in the bathtub and mind you I'm a guy.The maid I saw didn't have that color hair so great cleaning I mustsay. Amenities are very scarce just two little sachets with shampoo andconditioner and some soap. No shower gel or body lotion. Last the wallsare paper thin so you hear the other guests going to the toilet andtaking a shower. The breakfast was very small and had no cheeses ormeats/cold cuts. The cereals were very limited and there was noplain muesli. There were no individual yoghurts only in large glass tobe pored, 1 flavor strawberry or something like that. There was no breadonly some crackers and half dry panacotta and some Argentinean stylecroissants. Two jams were available . There were fresh fruits andstrawberries.

Review 94：A taxi drive from the airport to the View Hotel is quite expensive and Iwould suggest calling the hotel upfront to request a taxi pick up (120a$vs 70-80a$, there is also a bus service but the busses are old and notvery comfortable). They have no pick up service from the hotel. Thereception was friendly although nothing out of the ordinary as was thecase by many other Argentinean Hotels. The owner I believe is notArgentinean and you feel this right away.

Review 95：During our stay, there was no one at the reception desk during the morning. Airconditioning in the room would be a welcome addition.

Review 96：This is a nicely decorated hotel with views on the lake. The shower was great. Breakfast included a variety of fresh frutits. But for us the best thing about the hotel was Oliver, who gave us useful and honest information as what do and arranged us a bike tour to Circuito Chico. It was quite pleasant to encounter a native speaker of English for a change.
