Review 1：At check in the clerk looked at me, said nothing and answered the phone and took for ever to answer all kind of questions and book a room for the caller until finally someone else came over to take my check in because it was really taking toolong.

Review 4：Disappointed that our particular sea-side room did not have a view of the rock, although the majority do.
Review 5：Conveniently located within easy walking distance of restaurants and Percé Rock, and right on the water. Ample free parking.
Review 6：Room was fine, but it was a bit tight/cramped for space. There were 2 chairs in our room in front of the window but barely any space to sit in them.
Review 7：They are older style motel rooms with some basic modern upgrades to keep them comfortable. Had all the necessary amenities, and the view of Perce rock from our window was phenomenal. Could hear the waves crashing on beach below.
Review 8：We truly enjoyed our stay at the Riotel, the staff were kind and attentive to us, we particularly appreciated the service in the dining room and the staff's special attention they paid to our children.
Review 9：The allocated room was very late available, after 4 and was small and extremely hot. There was only a very small window that could be opened. We felt we could not sleep there. We asked for another room, the next room was very small, travelling through Canada for 3 weeks we had two midsized suitcases, there was just no place to put our suitcases. In the end we tot a bigger room with airconditioning. The downside was that we only could have that room for one night and we had to change rooms after one night. The first room was very clean the second not. In the two days we stayed, lot of our time was spent to Carry our suitcases from one room to the other room. There are no elevators available. Wifi was available, but not working very well.

Review 12：The hotel is close to the rock and Ile Bonaventure and if you persist, you can get a room with a view even at a discount rate. Room was basic, but clean, with comfortable beds. Plenty of free parking and within walking distance of the quai. Food was good and the smoked salmon was superb

Review 14：The interior was very nicely decorated. Quiet overall. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very nice but expensive. Pillows and bed were comfortable.
Review 15：Dinning room not open at lunch. Prices way to high for supper. This is a beautiful dinning area with great view of the rock but empty. Business could boom in this dinning room by having more reasonably priced items on food list. Noticed many going to the other restaurants to eat. This restaurant could be a gold mine but appears not to be, which is a shame because it is so beautiful and perfect in all other ways.
Review 16：Lots to say good about this hotel, possibly to much to list, location with fabulous view of Perce Rock, in short walking distance from everything! room spotless, maid service the best we have seen, room promptly done in a.m. With a full new set of towels etc, air conditioner or can have window open, Steve our waiter was lots of fun and made us feel so relaxed while in a formal dinning room. Loved practicing my French with him and he English Ha! Breakfast reasonably priced and perfect in every way. Hotel is old but many updates, very comfortable place to stay.
Review 17：we rent a room for 4 adults, Unfortunatly 2 could'nt come but we kept the same room anyway. There was 2 double bed in the small room. Thanks we were only 2 cause the room are small and the parking is away from the room door.

Review 19：The tile grout in the bathroom was black and it smelled of mildew. There was no air conditioning and no closet (live out of a suitcase). When we addressed these issues with management, the compromise was to offer us another room that would cost us more (on an all ready over-priced room). We stayed at another Riotel just before this one and this company are amateurs.
