Review 1：reception lady wifi is not free the bathroom had spots behind the tolit they changed the key lock befor i check out!!!

Review 3：One complimentary bottled water is already open and slightly reduced. Only one pair of slippers is available but we are obviously 2 guests.

Review 4：The room is clean. Design of the rooms is impressive. And we arrived at a welcome message flashed on the TV screen, which makes us feel very welcomed.

Review 5：Found cockroaches in the room which has left a foul experience and something I would not forget. This was my 1st stay at the Rotana group and has definitely impacted the Brand image I initially had about them. I did take it up with the Duty Manager and we got upgraded to a suite. Though this was a nice gesture it unfortunately does not hide the fact that a new hotel has a long way to go to improve on their cleanliness.

Review 6：The customer service team was excellent, located next to a mall which was convenient for picking up essentials if required. A non alcoholic hotel which means some peaceful sleep at the night.

Review 7：They cheated on people by displaying a difference between Standard room and the Premiere room but in fact they both same with exact same size only different is that premiere room located on 2nd floor and above while standard is located on first floor. I met with the supervisor he was from Egypt and was very rude , 1st he didnt look at me while speaking other than his pc,2nd when i told him me and cousin where staying in 2 different room mine was premiere and my cousin was standard but they both same, but i had to pay extra 200dhs he said "thats your problem for making the booking online" imagin a person who should makes things easier for you talks like that, completely rubish. Front desk staff were friendly other than that DONT PAY FOR PREMIERE. I attached a photo of the great view that i had it was a side of a building "sarcasm". Please booking.com fix the dimensions

The price for the hotel seemed a bit on the higher side but with the kind of service we got that feeling slowly went away. Breakfast was also really good with a decent selection and variety.

Review 67：I had a small issue about the breakfast for 4 as the room I booked was two bedrooms which I'm eligible for 4 but wrongly when I booked I mentioned two so they intended to charge me for the other two. I did call booking.com but they couldn't help as they checked with the hotel and the hotel initially denied. However, when I spoke to Mr. Firas front desk manager he was very kind very helpful listens to the customers very carefully, he understood the mistake happened and immediately helped me with this concern. Thank you Mr. Firas you made my stay wonderful.

The breakfast is extremely expensive to me and I think they should reduce their prices or make it worth. I waited for one hour at the front desk to be given a smoking room, very apart from the other room, I had to go to pick up my luggage from the reception as nobody bothered to bring it to the rooms. The mattress are very hard, not comfortable beds at all! I did not like the noisy parties in the swimming pool as well.

Review 118：We stayed overnight at the Al Hili Rayhaan over the weekend and booked a suite for three adults and two toddlers. The corner suite was incredibly spacious! We loved that the pool area had a play-corner for children. We couldn't leave them unattended, but we were able to stretch on the sunbeds placed opposite the play-area. The hotel is conveniently linked to the shopping mall, where we had access to ATM machines. The hotel is not too far from Jebel Hafeet, which we had to skip because we had planned our itinerary around the kids. Staff were extremely helpful, and went out of their ways to heat milk for the kids and sterilise their bottles, too.

Review 127：House keeping Service was a bit "relaxed", no Bathrobes, no slippers, one towel set for two persons plus a toddler, but we got it immediately after we requested it. The Highlight was the (non)access to Wifi. I called the operator to help me out. She knew what to do but system didn't work. So she connected me to main desk, where a Arabic speaking gentlemen insisted that I have to talk to him in Arabic - I told him that I don't speak Arabic. He just didn't care and got in the end even angry with me. Very strange very strange this is 1* behaviour..... In the end we didn't have Wifi during the stay.

Review 128：Setup as usual in Rotana. Standard nice, clean and good looked after. That the pool wasn't available the days was rather the fault of the sandstorm than the Pool maintenance so no negative point on this one.

Review 129：Wifi was not included in the room. This was not made clear at booking. In order to get wifi, I would have had to upgrade the room or pay 70 dirhams a night. That's a lot just for internet! Upon checking out, i was not given a detailed receipt of my charges. When i sent an email to ask them to send me a receipt so that I could give it to my employer for reimbursement, the hotel did not respond.

Review 135：The room was not made at all - no cleaning, nothing! There is an extra-tiny sign next to the door with DND (do not disturb) text on it. Somehow this button was pushed by mistake, therefore they did not come to make our room at all. Certainly we were not informed in advance how this button and sign works in practice :( So we did not received even the most basic and vital service in a 5 star hotel. The hotel was under reconstruction and they started the loud work at 6 AM in the morning :( Free wifi is not including - ridiculous in case of a 5 star hotel.
