Review 1：Water too cold to swim in pool.
Review 2：Spa nice and hot! Indoor pool not heated last weekend. The location is excellent and close to Granby and Mt. Sutton. Rooms are large and clean. Very friendly staff.
Review 3：-We booked 2 nights through Booking.com but were called from the hotel staff to say they could only honor 1 night. - The beds had wooden pieces sticking out of them . . . 2 of us hurt our legs. The staff did not seem concerned. - Staff smoking on the bench AT the front door nearly every time we came and went. - Left the hotel for over 12 hours during the day to go to the zoo and out for supper only to return to a room that had not been attended, i.e. garbage not taken, towels not changed, no toilet paper, beds not made, let alone changed. Very disappointing. Maxime at front desk said they were short-staffed. Only after lengthy discussion did he reimburse a small amount.
Review 4：The location was good, however the address and even postal code given by the staff were not on the GPS, making it difficult to find.
Review 5：The garbage from empty rooms was outside each room for our whole stay. The pool was freezing and the hot tub wasn't hot, and the staff I asked didn't know how to fix it. No soap or shampoo in the room. No food allowed in the rooms. Sketchy half-broken slide and iffy trampoline outside. Breakfast was minimal.

Review 13：Good location and price. Welcoming staff. Good light breakfast. A good overnight stay before a morning meeting in Granby. Although it was a 15 minute drive into Granby in the morning, the cost made up for any inconvenience.

Review 15：All was good, quiet and big rooms clean. The breakfast was excellent, many choices. The staff was gentle and the lady on the front desk arrange my tv and made me a strong coffee in the morning. I will come back.
