Review 1：Because we barbecued our first and only night, we asked to have the empty room just next to ours because it had a patio door and would make it very convenient for us going in and out. Owner charged $10 more for one night to get the exact same room next as our original but because it had a patio door to the view of the river he justified the $10.

Review 4：Very clean bedroom and bathroom. Great view of the beach. Very convenient for walking into Rimouski. Good shopping /restaurants close by. Quiet.
