Review 1：We had to use a roll out bed for our son but the bed was worn out and very thin and my son woke up with a very bad back ache. Our bed felt lop sided and not comfortable.

Review 9：Booked wheelchair accessible room months ahead of time. Arrived to find room in basement, at the bottom of a flight of stairs and with no elevator access.

Review 11：The front service staff gave us a key to a room that already had a guest in it. They weren't overly pleased to see us enter while they were in bed. In addition I got overcharged in which I had to point out that 40% is not the going tax rate.
Review 12：The room was quite nice and clean and had what we needed. The pool was quite nice for an outdoor pool. It was very quiet even though we were right next to the elevator.
Review 13：Although renovated, the hotel is old and not in a charming way. Lots of cut corners, nothing major, but finishings that leave the impression the place is a bit run down.

Review 41：An older motel/hotel. The older rooms are for people with dogs, theycharge $20/day extra for each dog because they say they have to "deepclean" the room after. The furniture was very sparse, no desk,lightbulbs instead of fixtures, stained toilet bowl, grime in shower,old carpet, old tv, etc. Also loud talking in the halls in the middle ofthe night on the second night.

Review 45：My son and I enjoyed the pools greatly, and the proxinity to Granby Zoo was exactly what we were looking for. The air conditioner wasn't working that well for our room, but thats the only thing we would change!
Review 46：For a so-called "non-smoking" establishment, I thought it smelled verysmoky in the stairwells. Other than a service/freight elevator, therewere no other "people" elevators. Rather strange for a three and a halfstorey building. The bathroom was a bit small, although the room hadbeen mostly renovated. What surprised me the most was that thecontinental breakfast was not included in the price of the room. Itshould have been, at $6.95+ taxes!!!
