Review 1：Wi-fi only works in public areas on ground floor - signal strength is so pathetic in most areas that it is hardly usable Hairdryer in room did not work. Table cloths at breakfast were dirty - inexcusable. 2km away from any useful shops. Will need a car to get anywhere or rely on public transport. Jacuzzi costs €6/person for 30min. Advertised that it had parking, but then asked us to park in street.

Review 5：- no internet in room - it was cold in room - terrible personel, we came and the women in reception said that we havent reservation, we waiting 15 minutes, and then she said , we have to pay now and we have the room, no information about the ski buss, breakfast, dinner. we feel like intruders, the hotel very unhelpful

Review 7：Reception staff not very friendly. 2 families we had travelled with had a mistake made with their bookings and no rooms for them when they arrived and had to find themselves alternative accomodation - the hotel offered them accomodation in another hotel in Pas de la casa but it was far away and totally unsuitable so they got an apartment nearby

Review 9：One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because they have a spa. When we arrived it wasn't working and it looked like it may not have been for some time. Skiing without a spa to warm up in afterwords is not a good thing.
Review 10：The location was in the middle of the area with restaurants close by. Parking was cheap across the street from the hotel (3 euros for 24 hours).
