Review 1：Only one shower to share among 10 people, although thankfully there is another powder room. The men complained that the shower was a bit too small. Kitchen has no range hood over the stove, had to open window to allow the steam/smoke from cooking to escape.

Review 2：The way the dining table is set up, comfortably seats 10 people for meals, fully equipped kitchen with cutlery and dishes for 10. Very friendly staff, interior of building/decor and appliances other than washer/dryer are a bit aged, but still very much usable. Very spacious for 10 people, one actual bedroom, the other two are separated with a well-designed partition, still provides adequate privacy for both. 5 minute drive to marina for kayaking/boating/small beach area. 25 minutes drive out to Kingston.

Review 5：Place was oversold. No place to sit outside and enjoy the water. The outside of house needs to be maintained better. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting as well as the carpeting.

Review 7：Loft with difficult rooms distribution. Not easy to find the lights for the rooms. The access to one bedroom is through the kitchen and the bathroom. More light in the toilet would be appreciated. Long stairs to the loft make difficult to carry the suitcases. No view on the river. Photos could be confusing.

Review 8：Enormous space all around and more than complete kitchen. Even if no dish washer available, all the rest compensated.

Review 9：More effort to clean. First impression was of dead bugs and spider webs around doors and windows. Blinds on windows had not been cleaned at all, very greasy and dusty. .

Review 11：The condo is a great size and very well appointed. Beds extremely comfortable and the large kitchen is a great eating/cooking space for a group of friends together. Would highly recommend this property to others.

Review 12：The website pictures led us to believe that this facility was near the water and only two of the pictures in the web site were that of the actual unit we were in. Also the address on the web site was not the actual site which led to a bit of confusion when we arrived. Karen was great to deal with and we found our location.

Review 17：We were very very happy with the condo! Especially the kitchen , it was wonderful! The only thing that needs improving is the outside deck. It was awesome having it and we used it lots, but it is in desperate need of repair! The spindles were broken and the deck boards were rotting out! I would hate to see a kid go through the spindles or anyone go through the deck boards! They really should be fixed. Over all, the place was wonderful and we would certainly rent it again if we are in the area !

Review 18：It's a great town and great place that we have stayed at. The owners of the condo Peter and Karen are amazing people, very kind, helpful and professional . The condo was ready and fully equipped with all what is needed for our vacation. I strongly recommend to stay there.
