Review 1：The Staff was very friendly and always there to help. The atmosphere was amazing, beautiful rustic rooms and decoration throughout the hotel! Special thanks to the lovely Italian waitress!
Review 2：Loved the staff and the owner was so helpful. A wonderful person. The hotel included a pastry shop, need I say more. Our room was big, plenty of luggage space. Close to shared bathroom. Loved the location - in fact the entire town is an "old town" experience. Well worth a stop on your Swiss trip!
Review 3：The TV in the room belongs to a museum. Shower curtain will benefit from a clean up. Can hear exactly what happen in the neighbour room.
