Reviews for Euro Esqui

Review 1:Food was not great and restaurant staff lacked professionalism. Beds had plastic covers on mattress making them very hot and noisey in an already very hot room. The hotel is nice but some how lacks real atmosphere.

Review 2:Comfy lounge area. Room was very clean. Pool area was good. Bus to and from the skopes was great. Ski lockers also very handy.

Review 3:Long wait for the bus transfer to the lifts in the morning, slow internet , children shouting all the time, no teapot, no bathrobe, very slow wifi, placed between el Tarter and Soldeu, better in Soldeu. Farmacy only in Soldeu...

Review 4:Calm place, clean, good mountain view ( have to ask for the good view before stay), polite staff, show football

Review 5:The restaurant and food was the worst I have ever experienced. The selection and quality of the food was terrible. It brought the hotel standard to no more than 2 star.

Review 6:Reception area and rooms were of good standard. Free wifi in rooms was a bonus.

Review 7:I didn't like having to pay for towels in Swimming pool and wearing hats that some people didn't seem to wear anyway

Review 8:Staff were friendly and food was fresh The bus drivers were top dollar and were very friendly and efficient in every way

Review 9:Very clean hotel and friendly staff! Close to the slopes! Really enjoyed the room with the river view! The breakfast was good and with a variety of choices!

Review 10:Noise from disco was horrendous on 2 nights - one night it continued until 4.15 a.m. Transport from slopes was erratic. 2 small mini-buses is not enough for the size of hotel, and we were kept waiting up to 50 minutes at the bottom of slope.

Review 11:Good rooms, breakfasts excellent, dinners mixed but lovely salads and lots of variety. Staff mixed - some excellent, some poor.

Review 12:There was a terrible, sewage-like smell on and off throughout our stay. The room key intermittently stopped working, which meant traipsing back and forth to reception to have it fixed. On my first night, there were loud drunks on the balcony outside my window in the middle of the night who had come out of the very noisy disco to smoke. And wake people up. Also awoken on other nights by families in neighbouring rooms who felt it acceptable to have door slamming and loud talking competitions, and to allow their children to use the corridors as an indoor playground (complete with high pitched screeching) at 1:00 am. I was not impressed with the attempt to charge me around 30 euros for drinks I had not ordered with dinner due to a visible lack of organisation on the part of the waiters, and if you are not skiing every day, don't expect the hotel to be a pleasant place to be as it is dark inside during the day, with very limited space to sit outdoors in the sunshine

Review 13:The food was good with the exception of our first night, and the room was very clean.

Review 14:Food is just a total disaster

Review 15:Pool and location of the hotel

Review 16:Wanted more snow!

Review 17:Great stay, great staff, good food

Review 18:Meals. Very bad.

Review 19:Confortable

Review 20:Beds not great. Hotel location awkward for skiing and for going out.

Review 21:Good staff, spa and other facilities Food and comfort good for families

Review 22:swimming pool was very cold bus to ski lift was too small, or needed a second one at busy times. caused a long wait

Review 23:one receptionist was particuarly helpful and friendly he really went out of his way to assist. i m afraid i can t recall the name

Review 24:breakfast was sometimes cold pool was freezing

Review 25:Friendly staff nice bar and restaurant area rooms were spacious and clean Had the convenience of a ski hire shop in the hotel

Review 26:The food is more mass catering than fine dining. The bus queues can belong if you are not up early.

Review 27:A good hotel for skiing families, near to the slopes with goodfacilities.

Review 28:Slightly crowded at meal times with tables very close together.Difficultfor guests and for staff trying to clear tables.

Review 29:Typical ski hotel. Very good value for money, not pretentios in any way.Catered for all types. Very relaxing even with numerous children andyoung people about. Spacious seating areas in or near the bar so plentyof areas to relax. Considering the large number of people to cater forat dinner we only had to wait on one occassion.

Review 30:Smoking in all communal areas - common in Andorra unfortunately A smile from the restaurant manager wouldn't go a miss!

Review 31:Excellent shuttle service to the slopes Very nice rooms Pool / sauna area very good Relaxed

Review 32:The room temperature at the hotel was unbearably hot.

Review 33:The bar and lounge area is fantastic and very good for large groups

Review 34:Serving half pints and charging for a full pint of beer, not impressed

Review 35:Good value for money
