The Arc en Ciel hotel in traditional Chalet style is a bike hotel situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Gstaad, next to the Eggli cable car station, close to the car-free centre.
During the summer months the outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax while your children have fun on the playground, in the games rooms, or on the electric car track.
Guests can visit the inviting private spa area, with a sauna, a steam bath and a tub for 2. The exclusive use of the spa area is possible for a surcharge. A fitness corner, massages and beauty treatments are available on request and subject to availability.

Review 1：we loved everything..we are in this business and our reviews are usually not that kind..but the staff were fantastic..the rooms...just newly renovated, were beautiful, views included, beds were super comfy, the onsite pizza restaurant was the best pizza we have had in Switzerland and every other type of meal we had was solid!..well cooked..well prepared and tasty..one of the few on our return check list

Review 2：Connecting to the wifi was a bit problematic. It required you to receive an SMS via Swisscom and although I was connected to the Swisscom network I never received the confirmation SMS and hence couldn't use the wifi.

Review 8：Beautiful hotel in a contemporary rustic style, peaceful place near a small river. From the first moment you meet the exceptional hospitality of the hotel staff. The highlight is undoubtedly the private spa. On the entry level you will find an excellent restaurant which among other things offers an Italian menu, quality which is difficult to find in Italy.

Review 9：A four star hotel should at least replace the amenities in the bathroom when they are empty and sweep the entire floor each day.

Review 29：The hotel is bright and cheery and easily accessed. The views of the Wispile Mountain and the fast-flowing river alongside the hotel were outstanding. From check-in to check-out, we found Christa and the other young women at the reception desk to be exceptional. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. The extras that Arc en Ciel provides free of charge make it quite unique; for example, bicycles, spa and fitness facility, outdoor ping pong table, pool, and children's play area. Our stay at Arc en Ciel made out visit to Gstaad very special.

Review 34：I didnt like much the location as the rest of my friends stayed in The Palace, Olden and Gstaaderhof,I was far from them, other thing I didnt like if you where out till late it took a while for someone to open de main entrance door of the Hotel, also I read they had the Loco's Bar online and also in this website, there was only one restaurant opened just for breakfast,lunch and dinner...but if I had known there was not a Real Bar I wouldnt have chose this hotel, another night I went out and left the make my room sign since I had been in the whole day...I came back around midnight since 7pm my room was not done I did not have my water or my clean towels...

Review 55：A good location right next to the Eggli lift and a ski-rental shop. Not far from ski school and Wispile lift. A beautiful place with nice and friendly staff. Very good kitchen. The parking lot was full in the evenings, it looked like half of the town arrived here for dinner !

The spadisplayed on the website isnot in the building but in the "Residence".The confort in the room is very disapointing for this price ( about 550chf per night!!!)
