Review 1：The hotel is located near a night club which plays music very, very loudly till late in the night. Too bad for this good hotel!...

Review 3：There's a bar just next door and the music on a Saturday night is very loud. Ask for a room on the back side or bring earplugs.

Review 6：Comfortable room, very friendly staff, very close to the Danube, with some restaurants in the vecinity. Super nice breakfast, anything you'd want to eat in the morning. We were planning an early start to the day, so the breakfast starting at 7.00 was perfect. Parking in front of the hotel, so you can see your car from the window.

Review 7：Language barriers - staff spoke only Bulgarian (we tried German, English, French and all scandinavian Languages). All doors close with loud smashing sounds. Toilet did not work.

Review 11：Breakfast - you can hardly eat something. Bathroom - there's no shower cabin so the water is all over the bathroom.

Review 13：There was a bad smell in the bathroom probably because of the drains and the towels weren't so white and new. The refrigerator was warm and the room wasn't spotless (some dust over the furniture and in the corners)

Review 16：The location of the hotel was excellent being right by the Danube. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and all of the items in the room were in good working order. The breakfast was reasonable and served up on time.

Review 17：A little noisy at night, the hotel is near a club. The breakfast wasn't very rich but it was worth the money (2 Euros).

Review 31：The understated exterior belies the comfortable interior, cheerful and helpful staff, with excellent food. Centrally located for the station, shops and riverside promenade. The Citadel is about 1km away via the riverside park.
