Review 1：The condo was clean except for the kitchen and master bathroom. The kitchen had sticky dirty floors with crumbs all over including whole "Cheerios"! the appliances were also sticky and needed a good wiping down. The master bathroom was clean except for dirty stained washcloth hanging up with the clean towels. the shower wasn't clean either. Hair in the drain and taps water spotted. I think the maid service forgot these places.

Review 6：The room had not been cleaned the best. We were not "looking" but found a small toy from previous renter behind bedroom door as well as kleenex on floor by nightstand. Few other issues too but we were only there for 2 nights. If i was staying longer I would have cleaned myself on arrival. BIG dissappointment that there was no DVD player in living room. I would suggest a bottle recycling bin at the dumpster as well.
Review 7：Had a little trouble figuring which building was Platinum as we arrived in the dark and signage poor .The suite layout was perfect. The BBQ was good even tho a little inconvienent as we were on third floor. Nice heated pool. Nice to have laundry set in suite. Underground parking was the best. I would for sure book again.
Review 8：Some maintenance needs to be done on the unit. New shower curtain the one in the bedroom had mold on it. Some light bulbs needed to be changed. Could use a few more utesiles in the kitchen.

Also the room was not real clean, the ceiling in the kitchen was filthy, grey dust hanging from the large grate. A window in the living room had a broken handle and couldn't be opened. Bottom line-Room needed a little maintenance.

Review 14：We had quite a bit of issues especially with the cleanliness of thesuite. But first and foremost we had major issues getting a hold of anystaff when issues did arise. As for the cleanliness of the suite, thisis what we went through during our stay... The toilet in the Masterbedroom had faeces left in it. There was a dirty diaper left under thebed, one of the T.V.'s didn't work, the master room also haddirty, smelly sheets and duvet, bugs in the bedrooms, the tub in theother room was completely clogged so you couldn't shower long... Butwho would want to stand in that anyway!? The room was not stockedproperly, they did not stock the room with toilet paper or dish soap andby the time I was able to get a hold of someone and them have someonecome clean and re stock the room we had to by that point go and purchaseour own toilet paper. One of the staff members that I did speak withover the weekend had the nerve to try and turn things around on me whenI had complained about reaching staff. After numerous phone calls andemails, he had the nerve to tell me that because I didn't leave avoicemail originally, that this was why it took so long for someone toget back to me, even though I sent an email and I did leave a voicemailon the Friday evening at 9:00pm and did not hear back from anyone untilSaturday at 10:30-11am after trying again that morning.This is the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. And will not be back nor would i ever recommend this Platinum Suites to anyone. Steer clear of this one for sure.

Review 24：Very hard to find due to complete lack of some signs at key intersections or very small signs in odd location - no way can read them after dark. GPS only works if no cloud cover. Same problem with most of entire Canmore area - NOT tourist friendly...

I didn't like that I had to call Amanda the next day for more dish washer tabs. They gave us 1originally, then after we phoned they brought us 2 more. We still had to go to the store to buy things that we left for the next users.

Review 31：A very large comfortable apartment with good self-catering facilities, the best we stayed in on our 3 week trip. Having a washing machine and tumble drier in the apartment was a bonus. We enjoyed using the outside pool and hot tub .

Lady at desk, just asked where BBQ was, and she didn't really want to help, because I was classed as a internet renter, not a time share person, rude rude. Also, pool attendant just shouted out at 9:50..pool closes at 10:00 pm and I mean 10:00 pm, no shower after 10:00 pm just leave ..and he turned and left rude rude .. not a very friendly atmosphere.. would not buy a time share there .. little old .. furniture and lamps very very dusty.. dishwasher lid very loose, dangerous, taps leaking ..jaccuzi and kitchen taps, chains broke on blinds..for the price I paid . not very happy .. my family enjoyed the comfort of the beds, etc..the beautiful site, but as I mentioned..probably would not buy here .. and may not rent here again .. thank you ..

Review 47：Really don't want to rate this place too highly as don't want others to find this lovely place. The suites were situated just on outskirts of Canmore, beautiful views of the mountains & peaceful. Just a short drive to Canmore centre which has great family friendly facilities and activities & everyone so friendly and helpful. Directions and instructions for accessing the rooms were very clear and helpful. The apartments were very clean and a great range of equipment in kitchen to make self catering very easy. The beds were extremely big and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi bath in our bedroom alongside a lovely walk in shower and the other bedroom had a shower too. Went with daughter & her young family ( 6 of us ) and there was plenty of room for us all. Lovely outside pool and hot tub which we enjoyed everyday. Look forward to visiting again
Review 48：On arrival the kitchen was not extra clean like I would expect from a place of this $ amount. The beds didn't have a fitted sheet which we even get at a local chain hotel. But the worst was when we left and were cleaning and taking out our trash, I found a used Kotex behind the trash can in our bathroom. It was disgusting, now I know why I noticed a foul smell.

Both with en-suites The location was only 5 minuets drive to downtown, but felt like you were miles away in the mountains. So quiet. could not hear anything but the birds singing.
Review 62：When we arrived for check in just before 4 pm the suite was occupied by a woman who claimed to be housekeeping but she answered the door with wet hair and in a towel. We were advised that it would just be a few more minutes and if we waited downstairs in the lobby she would come and get us. She never did. After 40 minutes I went up to the suite and found it ready.

I didn't realizethere would be zero assistance from staff and that phone calls would notbe returned promptly.Check in is not until 4pm and check out is at 10am. You are left a letter stating you will be charged $150 if the dishes are not washed and put away and garbage taken out. There are NO instructions about where to put the garbage and no recycling bins. When I complained about the desk staff refusing to answer my questions (they are only there for the time-share clients) was told 'we know they are rude', with no reason given for why this would not be addressed.

Review 102：No bar of soap was provided in either of the washrooms. That's pretty ridiculous considering the amount we paid per night. The building is very hot as well and the beds are hard. You're also required to wash and put away all of the dishes in the unit that you used, which would be totally acceptable, except that their checkout time is early at 10:00. (If you don't put all the dishes away they will charge you $150).
Review 103：The unit and building are lovely. It's about 5-10 minutes from Main Street, so it was very quiet. We were lucky to see a heard of about 30 elk pass our unit one morning. The unit was nicely furnished and well laid out.
Review 104：We were there for a week and they do not provide any additional cleaning or a vacuum for the carpets. Also we found some items not completely clean when we arrived. Found checkout at 10AM early especially since I had to claen and put dishes away before we left. The only other issues were that the unit had several small maintenance items that need to be addressed however these items did not impact the enjoyment of our stay.
Review 105：The room was very spacious, inviting and had the basic items covered. Lots of rooms for family to spread out. Enjoyed our time at this facility. When we booked they were in contact right away and promptly answered any questions we had.

Review 108：We found the resort very difficult to locate. We were arriving in the dark, late at night. Directions were poor and there was very limited signage. The sign that was there was difficult to see. Kitchen came with the basics - super poor qualiy of pans (non stick coating peeling off). We couldn't use them and had to purchase new ones to use during our trip. Some of the supplies listed on the inventory list were not in the kitchen. The TV in the master bedroom was not working. The heat was difficult to regulate - it was too cold in the suite most of the time. Wish the suite came with a BBQ.
Review 109：We loved the location - great view, quiet. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The suite was a great size for a family of 5. Beds were super comfortable. We liked the easy check-in and check-out procedure. The lock-box was convenient.

Review 112：I had rented a unit in September and had a few issues. this time my room was great, however my daughter's room had a bunch of issues. Broken dishwasher that stunk, no t-towels or dishcloths which meant the whole weekend was spent in my room which considering it was my "day" wasn't nice for me.
Review 113：We rented two units for my 60th party. they gave us two units close by which was great for getting together.
Review 114：Our suite (284) was a bit terrible. The dishwasher didn't fully empty and the water that was sitting in the bottom of it had a rancid smell that permeated the entire condo. It was really gross. And I think the dishes in the cupboard has been washed in there, which we didn't realize until we had used them. Yuck. They didn't leave any dish towels (which has happened to one of our party when she stayed there the last time) so we couldn't do our dishes. And because there isn't anyone on site it took the a day and a half to get us dishtowels, at which point we had a lot of dishes to do. Not really what you want when on a vacation! The condo seems to be poorly taken care of. One of the closet door knobs feel off on to my sister's foot and hurt her. Most of the towel racks were falling off the walls. Considering the price of this place, we expected better.
Review 115：The location is amazing. The pool facilities are fantastic, although they used to kick kids out at 9 pm and they no longer do that, which is a bit annoying. We had two rooms in our party and one of them was quite nice which is why I didn't give this a strictly poor rating. They did compensate us for our troubles.
Review 116：There was a diesel tractor literally outside the unit that startedwarming its engine at 5am each day. They were clearing trees rightoutside all day. The noise was unnerving. Didn't relax a bit. When Iexplained this to the rental company, they didn't respond at all.They couldn't have cared less. Hopefully this review stops even 1person from staying there.

Review 123：Huge stain in the carpet as you entered the place was an immediate turnoff. Toilet in the master suite was not clean (gag). Other areas had not been regularly cleaned as well. Lighting in the whole unit is dim at best. I had to request new sheets as bottom sheet had a hole in it and 2 light bulbs were out and had to be replaced (both items were fixed the same day). The light switch that controlled the fireplace didn't work so my husband had to turn the fireplace on manually. Overall, the condo was beautiful but the cleaning issues/carpet stains were a disappointment after spending over $2k for a week.
Review 124：Location of Suites was beautiful tucked against the mountains of Canmore. The finish selections for the condo were beautiful. Bedrooms were spacious. I liked the layout - suites on each side of the public spaces provided privacy. Necessary repairs were made the same day as requested.

She indicated to me that there was a stain on the carpet and the carpets were going to be cleaned later (after our stay) but offered to come back and try to clean the spot. She didn't come back. With this being a vacation rental and not a 5 star hotel there is bound to be spills. It didn't really bother us (I don't walk barefoot). The toilet in the master suite kept "topping up" This made my first night of sleep a bit rough until I realized I could turn off the water. I sent an email first thing in the morning (Sunday) and got a reply right away. A young man came by later on to look at it. He said he adjusted it and if there were more problems to let them know. Yup it came back. Send another email and told them I would continue to turn off the water in the evening. No plumber came while we were there but to me it wasn't a big deal.
Review 134：We enjoyed the quietness of this location. Our unit was at the far end so away from the main entrance and outdoor pool. The only thing we could hear with the windows open was the garage door opening and people on the neighbouring path. Neither of which was an issue. One evening we could hear kids playing Marco Polo in the pool. Didn't bother me at all. We picked this location also for the pool. I enjoyed the time (weather permitting as it rained a few days) and it was suitable for me to do some laps while people/kids played. We could have swam during the rain but my preference was for the hot tub on those days. The wi-fi was good. We had a router in our room and during the week we had no problems all signing on with our different devices. Managed to watch Netflix without any problems. There was a bit of a delay on Friday and Saturday - not sure if that was related to higher activity on the weekend or not. I had read prior posts about the directions being a problem. There were no signs indicating Platinum Suites Resort (other than google maps on my phone) so the first time I drove in I drove back out and kept looking. The signs are for World Mark and Canadian Resorts. Didn't read the entire email and attachments that were sent to us (it did say Canadian Resorts on there) Maybe it should be noted that no signs show Platinum Suites Resorts. Would return to this location for another vacation.
Review 135：We made a last minute decision to book and I am glad we picked these resorts. The resort people were fantastic, called multiple times to verify we had all we needed to get in. The place was beautiful and the location was very convenient to Banff and Canmore. Would highly recommend it for a stay in the mountains!
Review 136：The suite was spacious, had a gorgeous kitchen and view, and very quiet. We were never even aware of having neighbors. It was wonderful relaxing in the pool area after a long day of hiking.
Review 137：The kitchen was not well stocked. We almost always stay at a condo or house on vacations so we can cook some meals, but there was not enough utensils or pans to really cook a good meal.
Review 138：The location was perfect and quiet. We slept soundly in the comfortable beds with serene views. We loved that the 2nd bedroom had queen size beds so our children had more room. The town of Canmore was 2 min away and had everything we needed. Do not miss eating at Crazy Weed Restaurant.
Review 139：The toilet in the main bathroom was malfunctioning - would not shut off. Some if the lights in various rooms were not functioning. No basic seasonings were available like salt and pepper. No filter papers for the coffee machine - this small items needed to be purchased to the expense of the renter which means that a lot of items required disposal even though there was a large quantity left over to ensure the apartment was "neat and tidy". We left our left over toilet paper and paper towels behind for the next guests.
Review 140：Temperature control was good. Convenient to have the laundry inside the apartment.
Review 141：There were no towels for swimming.
Review 142：What I liked was we had two bedrooms. We were a group of 6 people, but because of the suite,we do not have to book two separate rooms. We liked the kitchen, the view, and the jet bathtub too.
Review 143：Lots of small things were not maintained. Lights missing in bathroom. Greasy pans unwashed under stove. Door was difficult to close. The place has little staff so things are left undone.
Review 144：Mountain views are fantastic. Condo was spacious and top notch. Pool was nice. 30 min walk into Canmore. Very pleasant
