Review 1：There is no parking available on site, so, for overnight parking and such, one should park on the premises of another hotel down the street, which is a little bit inconveniet. The breakfast does not match the room price - major setback. Also, for some reason, the cleaning lady decided fit to use a vacuum cleaner in the hallway on sunday morning. Wifi is only available in public areas, i.e. restaurant, lobby, etc.
Review 2：The room was cozy. The bathroom was completely renovated and brand new.
Review 3：The only serious complaint is the ringing of two loud bells every half hour. One of them rang over 50 times late at night and early morning. English speaking staff was limited.
Review 4：The location was perfect for us. We had taken the Glacier Express to St. Moritz and picked up a car. Zuoz was on our way to Austria. It is a very old village and was lovely.
Review 5：Service for dinner was a little slow but we noticed the same staff were on duty all the time so must have been very overworked! The staff were friendly when we spoke to them though.
Review 6：Zuoz is a picturesque little place set within a beautiful area of Switzerland and the hotel's Swiss style is charming. We had a very large and comfy room.

Review 22：By Swiss standards really good value for money. The room was of an average size with a brand new bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and very good and the dinner in the restaurant upon arrival was delicious. Full satisfaction.
