Review 1：I few deep stains in the carpet in a few places - not much can be done about that. Otherwise good.
Review 2：Comfortable bed, helpful staff. Decent value for the price. Would stay again.
Review 3：Room had a nasty smell. Toilet seat was broken and unstable. No phone in the room. TV was 90's generation. Staff wasn't able to fulfil our requirements or change the room. Dont try this location at least on the weekends unless otherwise you have to.

Review 11：I could not open the door. there was something wrong with the door knob.. I had to ask the lady at the front door to open the door each time I wanted to enter. it was not immediately clear to me how to lock the door from behind,.. there was ONLY ONE lock on the door knob and i was not sure which way to turn it to lock.. I had to ask the staff again and she was helpful.. but I was quite surperised that there was only one lock.. hotels/motels do have more than one lock.... the small window in the bathroom was broken...
Review 12：The bed was hard and it looked like there was bug poop and dandruff in the sheets.Sheets needed to be changed. I had to wrap a towel around my hair, put my socks on, and where my coat to bed in order to sleep on top of the sheets. There was also 4 people outside next to my window smoking, drinking and talking loudly. Needs more lighting in the room. There was no plug outlets in the bathroom where the most light was. More towels were needed in the room. There was no small fridge in the room, that would of been helpfull to keep my drinks cold.
Review 13：The front clerk was very kind and friendly. As well I could control the heat settings in my room. And t.v. with cable was a bonus. I also liked that I could walk to Sobeys and other stores that were only 1 block away.
Review 14：After check in around 2:30 pm, we were waiting outside the room for 30minutes to clean the room, I think the carpet was 100 years old, Oh! Mygod the shower curtain didn't change last 10 years, unbeleivable it ishappen in Canada, Richmond Hill !
Review 15：Advertised wi-fy signal was so weak it was worthless. People in roomnext to me were obnoxious, noisy, and up all nite. Got very little rest.
