Review 1：It is my Second time in the hotel. The First time I said this a hotel for life. Now, I am not sure. It is still a good hotel but something is missing. I am not complaining but maybe the First time I felt treated a little bit better. Again I am not complaining as the girl in the breakfast from Portugal was extremely Kind, the boy at the reception very decent and Kind but I am not really sure. Even the lady in the desk was nice to me altough It seems My brother did not felt the same. I do not know, It is a good hotel but maybe next time I will choose a different one in Pontresina. There is a hotel I went for a coffee and they treat me much better than in my own hotel from the entrance to the exit. Maratz hotel I feel and It has an amasing view

Review 2：Zouz is a small nice village and has a nice cross country Track very close. The restaurants as usually are great. And Chamana is still my very favourite restaurant. The chef or restaurant Captain is super attentive, a great person that makes you feel at home. Jacob mmmm I do not remember his Name, I am sorry but he is great.

Review 4：Immediately on entering the ambience and lovely smell of the local timber was warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, super clean and spacious, nice views too. Staff helpful and friendly, pity we couldn't stay longer!

Review 5：Taking the lift is an adventure, stairs offers a healthy and safer option. Given the restaurant is michille star and offers such a good cuisine, seeing below-16 kids playing cards on a table right in front of entry at dinner time was quite a shocker.... Still, service is very friendly and helpful. Some of the guests should really behave themselves.

Review 11：The room was incredibly dry and would have benefitted from a humidifier. Due to the dryness of the air, we didn't get quality sleep. Also, the hairdryer required holding on to the 'on' button the whole time in order for it to function. Not ideal.

Review 13：This turned out to be a great hotel nestled in the alps. Staying over the Christmas period, it was the first time our family experienced a “white” Christmas. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating and are only too eager to please. We also took the opportunity to experience the wonderful meals (and extensive wine list) which I cannot recommend highly enough.

Review 15：The staff greeted me so nicely. I was participating in the Engadin Radmarathon the next morning and a breakfast was ready at the correct time for me and all the others participating. The room was wonderful; clean and charming, and i slept well. Thankyou!
