Review 1：Ground floor rooms are situated on the pool and it's very noisy as they play very loud music even at night. When we complained to the "manager", she said that she cannot do anything and that we should complain to our travel agency!

Review 3：I feel cheated having spent more than $350 per night. I understand this hotel has never given a late checkout to anybody in their history as this is their policy. However before arrival (and before my cancellation window) they still suggested a late checkout would be possible. After a (not late) checkout we could use the pool, but had nowhere to change our clothes. Refusing our late checkout request tarnished our entire stay here, and seems incredulous when you spend $350+ dollars a night.

Review 5：The bed was soo comfortable and the balcony had a great view. Room was cleaned daily& beach towels were provided. Quiet & serene atmosphere at hotel even though in middle of noisy Patong. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breafast had everything needed and available until 10:30! Lunch options at pool is also very good but no late dinner- only room service. The staff did a really entertaining "happy hour dance" in the afternoons which made our day. The pool is big and not too busy so could find seating most of the time.

Review 6：It's not fair that you have to pay for a guest to come over, if you have paid for a room with a double bed. Paid for WIFI but connection was no good in the room.

Review 8："Bum" - the front desk guy took forever to check me Inn and upon insisting him to speed up the process he said "wait, will take time". He was not very comforting or polite. He definitely needs to be trained more!!! Even the other lady at front desk I forgot her name kept pushing to make payment in full and when I asked her to atleast check me Inn first and then I will make the payment all she said was "no Sir payment first"!!!. Unbelievable!! Will choose an American chain hotel to stay next time!!!

Review 18：No wifi in the room... For the price you pay (compared to other hotels in this area) it seemed a little silly. Friends were paying half the amount just down the street and had wifi in the room.

Review 19：I stayed there just for a couple of hours, but the impression I got was very good. The room was spacious with a good TV, a nice bath and bathroom with all the hygiene products. Staff was helpful and smiley. We got a welcome drink when we arrived and nice cold and refreshing towels. It's located right off the main beach street, but far away from the noise.

Review 20：However, the room's bed was reported to have ants in it, but the worst part was the manner in which the staff treated my son when he arrived. Bearing in mind that I had pre-paid for the room already I was appalled by the staff and manager's bureaucracy and poor service. Instead of welcoming him, they gave him a hard time, insisting that I present my passport (I was in Bangkok) and both sides of my credit card (definitely a potential security breach and not allowed by my bank, especially in fraud-prevalent Asia), then insisted that he pay cash for a room I had already paid for!

Review 21：The location and price were attractive, so I paid for my son to have a nice weekend trip away at this hotel. He reported that it was a basic facility with reasonable comfort.

Review 30：The location is the fantastic, easy access to the beach, few min walk to Bangla road entertainments. Lots of eateries and massage places. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for a likely holiday stay. Overall the room is clean, facility is decent. The bed is constantly damp tho, but perhaps it's normal for the beachside.

Review 31：The toilet style of the Deluxe Room was not to my liking, and the bathroom sliding door between bathtub and room was broken. The balcony was not the same as shown on the photo on booking.com, which was quite disappointing. The room was also not cleaned up by housekeeping on the second day of my stay.

Review 34：I loved the location of the hotel. It was right on Patong beach , and all the main areas of Patong were easily accessible on foot. Most days I didnt feel like leaving the hotel lol.

Review 39：actually many...but just to mention few here: we were given a room in the block with no direct elevators and since we had the baby stroller, every time we had to use the elevator of another block and then walk for around 2 min to reach our room. we requested to change the room but no use. Simply impossible to sit in lobby because of mosquitos. In rooms, there was mosquito burner but no tablets and we had to request for tablets everyday. Wifi access is rooms was not free and the charges were quiet high.

Review 69：1 hr waiting time for check-in. Ironing clothes are not allowed. Need to send for laundry to iron clothes and need to urge them what to do. If not, they will send the clothes on the afternoon. Difficult for staff to understand English.

The hotel charges a ridiculous amount for in-room WiFi (it's 2015!) and only a tiny area in the lobby offers free WiFi. Most disappointed they attempted to charge me for taking slippers and a bottle opener from the room (I didn't - I know they were still there). I suggest taking care on checkout.

Review 72：Manager. Desk staff. Rooms dark and small. Saw a rat in the wok inbreakfast area. Dirty. Shoddy. In no way a four star hotel. Noisy clubplays music 12pm-12am every day. Can hear music like the dj is in theroom. Old furniture. Bed so high you have to jump off it. Dirty wallsand floors. Don't trust the pictures. Not suitable unless you are 18and wanting to party 24/7 and don't care where you are sleeping.Just gross!

Review 80：This hotel is not a resort! The hotel is across the street from thepublic beach, I wanted a hotel on the beach. Pictures and descriptionare deceiving. The public beach was very crowded, no chairs. People comeup and try to sell you stuff on this beach. The staff was rude andwouldn't provide clean beach towels if you needed them changed out.They will tell you to wait until the housekeeper comes by the next day.The hotel desk doesn't have water if you run out in your room, youhave to wait for the housekeeper the next day. If you have a 3rd personand require a roll away bed, they charge close to $100 more, per day!Wifi doesn't work in the room, only in the lobby!! So when you bookand it says wifi, it doesn't include wifi in the room, only in thelobby; then they try to 'sell' you wifi packages per device.They won't go over the packages over the phone, you have to walk tothe front desk. Also, they won't give you a final bill until thehousekeeper inspects your room at check out. You need to set aside time,because it's at their leisure. They told me to sit (with a wave of ahand, almost a dismissive) and after 10 min, I asked again as I had atour to go on and the van was waiting and then they called thehousekeeper to look at it. Very bad service.

Review 94：We had one of our best trips ever to Phuket as we had been there twice before. The location of the hotel was ideal, literally around the corner from Bangla Road and a short walk to the shopping centre. We did not go for the breakfast option, as we would never have made it anyway, but the restaurants close by were excellent and inexpensive. The people are extremely friendly and make you feel very welcome. Our rooms were clean and had everything in it that one would want and need. The shower was the best ever and our bed was also amazing. The main swimming pool is huge and we enjoyed being served at our pool lounger. The friendly staff made it festive during Happy Hour. We were privileged to have been there on the 1st of November for the opening parade of High Season where we were able to see the parade (which included everything of Phuket), which lasted for 3 hours, from outside our hotel. On the 7th of November the Full Moon Light Ceremony took place, also at Patong Beach, with fireworks, beautiful flowers all over the show, Chinese lanterns, festivities, etc etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to singles, couples and families. Good all rounder.

Review 95：Before two days of the checkout date, i asked the reception to extend one or two hours after 12pm in the day of checkout as my flight was 8:25pm but they didn't cooperate with me. And also i sent email for them manager for the same reason he replied me after checkout time when i was already in the airport.

As we reach the hotel and tried to check in , the front desk staff requested to have my credit card that I used to book and pay for the hotel thru booking.com and it is the first time a hotel is requesting to take the credit card that I used al ready .i left my card back home so the hotel staff requested me to pay again for the room and later they will refund to my card that I used with booking.com . We waited for 2 hours on the lobby trying to solve this issue between the hotel and booking.com as it's not mentioned on their website that I need to bring my credit card and give it to the hotel. I had to call someone back home to go to my house take a picture for the credit card and send it to me in order to enter to the hotel room that I already paid .the last day I wanted to book and extra day , they refused to keep me in my room and gave me a smelly dirty and uncomfortable room that we couldn't stay . So we left and lost the extra money we paid for this room . Be careful people . It's my experience with this hotel .

Review 107：No elevator, have to carry luggage up and down stairs. Price of breakfast is ridiculous. Hard bed. Big window between bedroom and bathroom, shade curtain rather see through. Paying for wifi. Barley any hot water, couldn't have a decent shower at any time of the day. No dvd player.

Review 112：They take extra Baht 1,500 as joiner fee per each time you bring a guest with you to the hotel (even if you bring massage lady for 1 hour..). As I took a room for 2 person, they allowed me only one specific guest without this joiner fee as they said she will be register as your registered guest on the room and for all others I had to pay this Baht 1,500 per each time. So this make the staying in the hotel very costly. I knew it already before arriving but they did not let me to cancel my stay at the hotel as I chose (before knowing about this joiner fee) the non-refundable option in Booking, which turned out to be a mistake. This joiner fee is why I will never go to this hotel again.

Review 113：I had a deluxe room in the sunset tower, which is the tall building with a view to the sea. It was a wonderful panoramic view. Location very good but there is no direct connection between hotel and Bangla road so you need to take a walk through long road until beach road and from there to bangla road. KEE hotel has better location as it is within one of the sois of Bangla road but on the other side has no elevators, while Patong Beach Hotel does have elevators in sunset tower. The room was very quiet. No noise from outside whether from other rooms, corridors, bars, AC engines. Nothing. just quiet. The AC was great. The room includes great cotton slippers, You can buy them a new in reception . 300 baht each pair of slippers. I bought 5. Bed was good, no problem with hot water in shower. Staff and reception were excellent. I did not eat at the hotel and surrounding area at all as the hotel also says on a note in elevator that food in surrounding area might be poisoned. Also I did not use hotel internet which comes with painful extra cost and did not went to hotel pools.

Review 132：Charge 1500 baht to bring anyone into your room which wasn't told during the booking. Food at the pool deck was disappointing and few options. The cocktail at the pool deck was also a bit disappointing. Nobody around to help with my bag when checking in but always around when coming back with a friend to check who is registered in the room. Plenty of staff but still waited 5 minutes to be served at checkin. Forgot to give water every time, had to call. Lots of small annoying things, nothing major, but I've had better experiences in Patong.

Review 134：- just need to be aware that the added extras in the room i.e flip flops etc. were extra charges. - They like to add drinks/good ordered by the pool to your room, which is convenient but as a couple who were traveling it made it hard to keep track of spending, we would preferred the option to pay the bill at the time

Review 135：- Standard of room was excellent and very clean - excellent location near to the beach and nightlife/shops - staff friendly and polite

Review 136：i am not sure what (if any) connection the hotel has with the franchise restaurants at the front but one of them gave me food poisoning on my second last day-which made their stingy WIFI facility insignificant

Review 137：the gardens were well kept, the room clean-huge bed, the bar staff at the pool were delightful and the security and taxi service were first class.

Review 138：I like the location just across to the beach and walking distance to all nearby restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Pool is very beautiful. All areas are clean.
