Review 1：The breakfast. If you want to have one, you should make up your mind one day before. You should figure out what would you like to have for breakfast on the next day morning and if it fits within the only six possible choices in their list - you are lucky and can enjoy your breakfast!

Review 2：Size of the room. I've never ever seen so many power sockets in a hotel room!

Review 9：I could not connect to a WiFi network. There was very annoying noise from some kind of insect (similar to ants) who eats the wood. The breakfast should be selected on the previous day as there are 6 different varieties. Friday and Saturday nights are very noisy due to the nearest dance club. The bed was large but failed in the middle, which made it very uncomfortable. In my first day I had to report a plugged duct in the shower.

Review 10：Nice view if your room is facing the Danube river. Large rooms with very high ceilings, but stay a little bit empty as there is no much furniture inside the rooms.

Review 11：Neptun is an awesome place, where you can enjoy the morning view of the Danube river, use the clean and neat fitness, SPA and pool facilities. The staff are helpful, smiling, polite, respectful. I would definetely choose this hotel again in my future visits in Vidin.

Review 12：The general finish is only average. No coffee facilities in room. Cleanliness is below average and much of the hotel seems poorly maintained. Balconies aren't cleaned and neither are the rooms during the day. The staff try but there is no obvious person in charge.

Review 33：No parking. Lack of choice for breakfast and what was presented was inedible. The hotel advertised spa facilities which have not yet been built. The hotel bar had dirty floors with a live cockroach just under one of the fridges. On checking out the girl on reception was going to charge more than double until questioned. She also produced a bar bill charged to our room which was certainly not ours.

Review 34：A bit difficult to get to with the new bridge infrastruture changing the road layout and our GPS not function in this area! Fortunately when shown the hotel address, a taxidriver led us to the hotel and wouldn't take recompense.

Review 36：poor fittings in room. we had a luxury balcony without any furniture. bedroom had a bed only, no other furniture whatsoever, and this was their premiere duplex suite. no bathroom supplies. no beverage acility in room.only tv channel in english was the animal channel. no news channels.

Review 38：The hotel is well designed! Rooms were spatious, beautiful and unique! The Ac - heat and air is central for the building. This may be an issue if you visit before middle of May, because only the heat is working! No cool air! The hotel is family owned! The owners are very polite and always try to please the customers! We enjoyed the spa- pool, sauna and steam room! Great experience, great location!
