Review 1：My only disappointment and this is in general for most hotels in Europe, I miss the coffee makers.

Review 6：I liked just everything! It's a perfect **** hotel for the price of a cheap *** in any other western European country! Very nice and helpful english speaking staff, luxurious air-conditioned room with toiletries etc. included. Perfect mountain view from the window, located in the city centre. Would have stayed there forever! I will definitely come back some day! :)

Review 7：Balcony was nice, but with very little effort (small table + two chairs) that could be much more useful. Hotel very difficult to finid by car as there is tiny little road leading to the parking hall and one needed to find that. Some more guidance would be useful.

Review 9：Room was way too hot. The third bed was a sofa bed and not at all comfortable. Arrival was awkward - ensure you plan your arrival if travelling by car as there is nowhere to unload outside. Arrival at around 8pm, when traffic is busy, is a real pain. If the hotel's parking is unavailable then the alternative public parking is even more expensive - on par with a major city elsewhere; less of a problem if arriving by motorbike as there are designated on street parking for the motorbikes.

Review 10：Good size of room and bathroom. Views from balcony. Helpful staff. The buffet dinner was reasonable value. Barman was very efficient.

Review 11：Friendly staff - even recommended us an amazing dinner venue and booked for us. Parking on site was easy, hotel modern and immaculate and bed was super comfortable with extra pillows which I love. Great value for money.

Review 16：Hotel stuff was not welcoming by arrival in English although they thelady was approached in English. On the departure day by check-outReception Assistant called David must make more effort to be nice andfriendly when people talk to him and not yelling about the guests to hiscolleague. However another lady was nice, friendly and ready-to-assist.

Review 18：The traffic noise. On a major road...but discovered there is not much relief from traffic in Andorra. Amazing for such a setting.

Review 22：Price of car parking - a nasty shock. Drivers also need confidence to park in narrow spaces dodging pillars in the process. Look at map very carefully before driving here as my gps didn't work well in the city and the approach although simple isn't obvious.

Ourlovely big room had only a tiny desk and no chairs to use at the desk.When we asked for chairs, they did supply them. The worst problem wasthe information book in the room had the incorrect internet access codesand we wasted a load of time trying to connect. Several things in thebook were out of date.

Review 69：We paid extra for a deluxe room and it was lovely and spacious, with ahuge comfortable bed. Convenient location. Great to have the car parkedin the same building but it was a bit of a squeeze for our quite largecar. Were able to move it during stay into a larger bay.

The worst thing however is that you are not told about the parking fee before after you have booked, and 18,72 € for a parking space is out of this world, for that reason AND only that, will i not stay at that hotel again.

Review 74：Motorcycle Parking is a rip off - they charge over 18 euros for a car,and over 9 euros for a Motocycle. We put 5 small motorcycles easily intoa single car parking bay, but the Hotel still insisted on charging usfor 5 single Motorcycles. Over 45 Euros for a bay! The hotel was partlychosen because of secure parking, so to get caught out like that made itfeel like a bad choice.
