Review 1：It was an upscale hotel and it showed in the quality of the furniture in the bedroom. The restaurant was good. I was tired when I got there and so I rested and did not explore all the facilities
Review 2：Very old hotel , it only had one elevator and it was small. Wifi did not work inside your room. Carpet in room was very old (dusty rose) and smelly, like dirty socks

Review 4：I had a number of unforeseen problems, and the staff went out of their way to solve everyone of them, including finding me batteries for a camera that wasn't working.
Review 5：Check in at 3, arrived at 4:30. Front desk not aware of what rooms were actually ready. First room given, not yet cleaned. Second room was half done. Had to wait in the hall for her to finish. Bathroom needs updating. No fridge.

Review 21：When I booked our rooms we were told breakfast would be included for$8.95 plus tax. The one morning we had breakfast we were charged$12.95each plus tax. It was close to twenty dollars for two breakfastsand tip. I was not happy. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk hesaid they had not advised their cyber ads. I probably would not returnto that hotel.

Review 23：Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Public spaces, carpets, wall covering, televisions etc need complete renewal. This hotel is stuck in the 70's.

Review 25：Check in and out clerk were not friendly at all...left with a cold feeling. Previous visits the front desk clerks were always friendly and welcoming. Did not get the room I booked even though there were several rooms available. Miss the continental breakfast we always enjoyed.
Review 26：Very friendly chambermaid. Business staff also very friendly. Allow dogs although was not informed about the $25.00 charge for a non shedding dog who did not eat or mess in the room. Stayed there several times with a dog at no charge. Nice patio and pool area.
Review 27：I arrived at 2:45 pm. I registered and was given a room which was stillbeing cleaned. I had driven from Montreal that day and was tired.Instead of being able to access my room and relax, I had to findsomething to do until my room was ready. I was not impressed.
