Review 1：The staff friendliness and will to help with anything. The location. The view. The room. Well....everything was just perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Review 4：We had not understood that the hotel was closed during some hours during the day. When we left the room in the morning we left the key at the reception with the words "we'll leave the key here while we do the skimarathon." The lady at the reception said, "OK, Thank you". When we got back the door was locked. We were lucky because the lady was inside and thus she opened the door. She gave us the largest scolding for having left the key at the reception "because we are closed". The next day she apologized and we thought everything was forgotten. Upon arrival at home we got a mail from the hotel saying that they have given our information to some other hotels close by that we should contact in the future if we want to visit the area again. Switzerland has many nice valleys and good skimarathons...
Review 5：Good location wirh regards to the skimarathon and the train station. (we skied to the hotel from the goal). Rooms spacious and clean. Good wi-fi in the room. Breakfast was good. We had special dietary needs (glutenfree diet) that were, after extensive discussions in advance and to an additional fee, well taken care of.
Review 6：The shower head is a little on the low side. Took a moment to work out how the bus service in the village worked.
