Review 3：Checking in experience average, personnel could have been more welcoming although we spoke some portugues and didn't need English, lack of maintenance in many areas of hotel: elevator not working, hotel roof interior, outside area, some trash on the beach which was never removed, very limited beach service, no beach chairs or sun umbrellas, no food or drink servive in the pool area on hotel roof.
Review 4：Location right on the beach, easy access, close to airport but no excessive noise from aircraft traffic (about 10 machines/day), easy and free parking in front of hotel, clean rooms-very good and friendly room service, breakfast and food ok but not outstanding, AC working well.
