Review 1：Very friendly staff and owner, perfect room. This hotel would definitely deserve 4 stars, but for this classification it would need an elevator. Excellent cuisine.
Review 2：Menu in restaurant just in germany language!! Personal in restaurant dont speak english!! Not possible to connect to wifi and if you connect after long time,wifi still shut down every few minutes. Breakfest just low offer-not eggs,not sausages,not bacon.

Review 6：Arrived at 9.0 in the evening after a long journey then to be told the restaurant closed a few minutes before is hardly the hospitality one expects (no offer of a soup or anything). We were directed to a cafe that was closed and eventually ended up at a football ground eating frankfurters. The receptionist on arrival did not tell us the breakfast time or place (in another building). I have traveled through Germany many times and this was by far the most unsatisfactory stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Review 21：Comfortable bed, clean and tidy room & proximity to Balinea Thermal,which was amazing to visit at night. The Restaurant meal was divine -try the 5 fish dish with (French?) white sauce! The maitre 'd wasfantastic and able to speak in English perfectly which helped us.
Review 22：smell from the kitchen every evening through inside corridor and also through opened windows outside - we stayed in the room on the top floor and every evening we had to smell food from the kitchen. I would suggest big improvement to this hotel in this area.
