Review 1：They are having problems with the pipes. My bathroom wasn't working well as the sink.

Review 2：Nearby everything. Big supermarket beside. The pool fantastic with best view from Rio d Janeiro. Very good breakfast. Good food.

Review 3：there was something smoldering in the garage of the hotel, and we heard no alarm siren on our floor. Instead we got a phone call from the reception. When we left the room in the 18th floor, there was slight stinky haze in the corridor and in one of the two emergency staircases.

Review 5：I had book a room with seaview this second time, however it was on the corner of the hotel. Make sure you're staying on the higher floors (If I remember correct starting 13 floor the views are very nice from those rooms).

Review 9：The location is not too good. It is walking distance from the ferry station (about 15 minutes). To get to the nice beaches area of Niteroi need to take a bus. There is extra charge for anything not specifically included. For example, I arrived early, and was extra charged for early check-in.

Review 15：Reception staff must learn how to deal with the public in a more efficient and courteous manner. Traffic noise is quite high and glass windows do not mask it properly. Items produced by the hotel bakery are of mediocre quality (a problem common to many Brazilian hotels).

Review 16：We spent two nights at the H Hotel. Our room (901) had a balcony looking on the greenery of the square just in front of the hotel. We were very happy with our room (spacious, clean, comfortable). The view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking and the pool quite inviting. Excellent breakfast, but breads and cakes need to be improved. Corteous breakfast staff.

When we arrived, the power would not comeon and the lock for the balcony door was broken. When we left, thebathroom hand basin was blocked and water would not drain out. The hotelis near new and seems to have teething problems still to be ironed out.
