Review 2：Tom the time we arrived untill we left we were treated like family. Front desk Elma made sure we were comfotabe, cleaning Lady exceptional and resteraunt meals and staff the best!

Review 27：Temperature of hallway beside pool was SO cold, especially when leaving pool wet. Bathroom sink had no pressure (rm 7203). Water was just trickling out. Hair dryer was loudest I've ever heard and guests next to us kept knocking on our door complaining whenever we used it...not fun!

Staff originally stated they couldn't move us, but then suddenly found a room....in what I will refer to as the 80 Porn Room. While the washroom had been updated, its time for the rest of the room to be done. Basement rooms need more work folks when they have no/limited daylight. Get rid of the bar cove or at least update it...that was nasty!

Review 91：The telephone service is very bad. No local calls can be made (not even to 905, 647 area codes!), everything is considered long distance. If you have no cell phone, you're in a bad situation.

The keys are high-tech and you can request more than one. There is a Tim Hortons just next door.

Review 98：The staff were accommodating. I had asked to check in at noon, instead of 3:00 p.m. and it was not a problem. That was my visit on the 17th of December. I had asked to stay past the 11:00 checkout and we were allowed to checkout at 1:00 p.m. This was on the 14th of December. This made it easier for my husband and I to go for our medical procedures at the times appointed to us. Thank you. I would hghly recommend your hotel.

Review 99：I had just moved. The week before I stayed at the bwp, I had taken abreak and stayed at the Windsor Arms Hotel for a night. 3 times theprice, but 10 times (or more) the value. I stayed at the Best Westernduring the week for a break in the on-going construction of my newhouse. It was an easy commute, affordable and pretty good. But not up tothe standards of a great hotel in terms of finishings, cleanliness,amenities, etc.I forgot something behind. They had my number, but left it for me to call them in search of my missing belongings.

Review 103：I had booked online a king standard room for my fiance and I. We gotthere, checked in and were informed there were no king standard roomsavailable and we had two doubles instead. Had I wanted 2 beds I wouldhave chosen that option. Instead we had to sleep uncomortably in a tinybed together. We were on holiday and I refused to sleep seperate. Whyshould we have? We were given no option to move if a room becameavailable the next evening ( we were there or 2 nights), no dicount, novouchers for dining or anything for our inconvenience. I wasdisappointed to say the least. After being in the hospitality businessmyself for over 20 years, I felt we were just brushed off with noreason. I had my confirmation printed and with me stating a kindstandard but that held no credit. We did check in around 5:30 which islong after check in time but that room should have been held for us.Needless to say we were disappointed after a long traffic filled drive.

I was a room cleaner for three summers during my student days so I know what has to be done and the room was superb. Review 106：At this hotel on June 22 for one evening. Hotel room ok (8/10). Service(2/10); reasons: -No tv directives (re channels) in the room. Tv doesnot show the channel number. Have to surf 90 channels to find the oneyou were viewing. Ask the desk, they do not have a guide. -Asked thedesk for a map of the area and tourist info; I was given a 2008/2009Map/Guide. Later, strolling through the lobby, I found a rack full ofmaps and other info about 20 feet from the reception desk. -Later in theevening I wanted a Coke, got one from the distributing machine on thefloor. It was hot, the machine was hot. Went to the desk to complain,they said to use a machine on another floor. When I said “What do I dowith the one I got” the person shrugged his head !
