Review 1：Very limited parking.Not bad on Dec. 21st as few cars parked on the street but in tourist season parking could be a real headache.

Review 4：The Rum Runner Inn is right at the waterfront, where many tourist activities are located. The room was clean and adquate. Breakfast discount coupons were provided for their sister property a block or so away.

Review 5：As a tea drinker drinker would like a microwave or Key rig. The coffee pots deliver coffee tasting water. Yuk for a non coffee drinker.

Review 6：Great view of the harbor. Second floor sea view rooms have an enclosed deck so you can enjoy the outdoors even in poor weather. Quiet. Nice restaurant below.

Review 7：Great location. Excellent restaurant with a variety of choices. We used this as our base for a few days to see Mahone Bay, Chester, beaches in the area, Peggy's Cove.

Review 10：Lunenburg is a nice place to spend an evening. The Rum Runner fits the character of the waterfront architecture....a 19th century feel. The Inn was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff helpful regarding how to navigate parking and local things to see. Even in the driving rain, it was worth the stay.

Review 15：WIFI was very slow in the evening, to the point where we just gave up. We had to go in to the Inn for our morning coffee but it was provided free of charge in a thermos to bring back to the room.

Review 16：Easy access off the highway, great parking when we arrived. Quaint boutique Inn/Motel. Very clean. Manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. He immediately placed us in another room when we realized there was a technical difficulty with the room. Very quiet.

Review 24：The view couldn't have been more perfect overlooking the harbour. We had a closed in porch with windows that kept the mosquito's away (looked newly done) which we spent our nights on drinking wine. Restaurants & Boutiques all around. Saw the Bluenose II do its inaugural sail and we toured it. Lunenburg is a beautiful city full of brightly coloured houses like Amsterdam. Everything is hills and stairs so if you have issues with carrying bags up the stairs ask for a lower floor. Much more sunnier on the south side. Loved it and we will go again or maybe even retire in this area, we loved it so much!!!

Review 25：Room had over a dozen house flys present at check in. No access to balcony and view of waterfront. Access to balcony was restricted to adjacent room occupants. No desert in restaurant.

Review 28：location and we paid for the room with the balcony (number 5) which is the best in town. Room 6 my have balcony but view is of side of building. Book room 5 as it is the best in this hotel.

Review 29：The only downer from this experience was actually not with this hotel atall, they give you voucher for breakfast at the skuttlebutt, theirsister hotel. The service and the food were atrocious. So if you canavoid the skuttlebutt, you're golden!

Review 41：We arrived around 8pm on Friday night to find the front desk staff had gone home and there was an envelope with our room key hanging inside the door. We were so happy to find our room had been upgraded! We originally booked the cheapest room in the Inn but ended up with a huge, king size bed and a beautiful covered balcony overlooking the waterfront. Bed was very comfortable, room was nice and clean. Location is perfect.

Review 42：They had construction going on outside the building and Booking.com advertises the inn with a view, the only view we had was the neighbour sitting on her deck!

Review 45：The room given to Booking.com reservation was the worst view possible-the side of the next building. We had stayed previously at this site with a harbour view and enclosed deck. So when we saw Booking had rum runner listed we jumped to it. We will not be using booking.com again.

Review 61：Fire alarms in at least two rooms started chirping in the night. Called the emergency no. but could only lve a message. Ours stopped after the battery completely died. Next morning was told the owner knew the batteries were low but didn't change them. How many more people will be at risk if a fire because owner doesn't keep fire alarms in working order.i was shocked and angry.
