Review 1：Hotel was farther away from Toronto subway system than I thought. Go train from Richmond Hill didn't run on the weekend
Review 2：Rooms were dated but clean and spacious. We got a room with two queen beds and a kitchen suite for $100 a night plus a free light breakfast. Good value

Review 9：A very strong stale smoke odour throughout the corridors and in our room. So strong that I had difficulty getting to sleep. Also, it was a hot, humid night and our air conditioner was not able to pump out enough cool air to keep the room comfortable.

Review 18：When we booked the facility for our overnight stay, we chose the Queen size room with double queen beds for almost CAD102 . The reason why we did that was because there was five of us staying while the other three would be going home after my birthday party around a nearby night club. However, what happened was, the person at the front desk decided that "the room can't accommodate us". We tried to convince him saying the three are going home and we booked the hotel knowing the bed sizes etc. He was very rude to the extent of threatening to call the police or security. Finally, We all decided to abandon the room and go to a different accommodation nearby. Even when we told him to call us a minivan cab he got us another rude driver who didn't listen to our request and charged us extra money for nothing. So, if you like an accommodation that has very stinky rooms and walkways, ugly rooms especially the bed cover, poor customer service with nothing special but poor treatment go to this place you'll hate your decision.

Review 35：The entire hotel needs a make-over. The carpet is old and smells. I removed the comforter/blanket because the looked old. The floor was filthy around the fridge. The hotel allows smoking and the entire hotel smells like smoke. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I checked out early because I felt itchy.

The room was de-oderized with some sort of perfummy stuff to disguise the smoke odor. I never saw anyone smoking but could smell it. Carpeting in the hallways needs replacement. Found a burn mark (cigarette) on the mattress of one of the beds.

Review 100：1. The motel is almost invisible from the street, and its sign is fairly small -- we had difficulty finding the inn. 2. The entrance is shabby: a new rug would do a lot to first impressions; replace that dog-eared thing on the floor! Carpet needs to be replaced on the steep stairs also. 3. A few more options for breakfast would be nice, especially some fruit.

I also doubt the bedspread had been cleaned from the previous occupant, because it didn't smell or feel freshly washed. YUCK.
