Review 1：Bed was hard and not what we paid for, no hair dryer for the wife to use, bathroom was not clean, curtains would not close all the way, left a gap in the window

Review 3：Fantastically-quaint little motel right around the corner from the Hot Springs at Radium. The lady at the front desk, whom I'm assuming is the owner, was extremely friendly and very helpful. Although the rooms were not modern, they were extremely clean and had everything you needed, including free Wi-Fi. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but overall I absolutely loved the charm of this place and will definitely be staying there again!! :)

Review 4：yes. got bed bug bite on my thight and am on medicine.. room need upgrade. the curtain and blankets are old and outdated...also front desk.. no modern technology. ..

Review 6：Our reservation was not listed in their books, creating some confusion on arrival. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable, and I like a firm mattress, but my wife and I did not get a good sleep. No A/C but that was not a problem as the night was cool.

Review 7：The lady that greeted us, who I took to be the owner, went out of her way to make certain we were accommodated although she did not have our reservation. We got the last two rooms in the place.
