Review 1：Maybe because we arrived late in the evening, water was not warm enough to have a shower. Portioned butter at breakfast was rancid. But all other was OK.
Review 2：Staff provided us with a heater, helped to warm milk for children at breakfast in the restaurant.

Review 7：We arrived at 20 pm, the were no receptionist, a drunk guardsman gave us the key card. The apartment was dirty, battered. The breakfast was not really freshly prepared.

Review 9：Reception cold and receptionist wearing a blue puffa jacket (not presentable) demanding payment. Window in room was smashed and had sharp edges. Resturant never opened on time, meal served up cold, warm yoghurt and muesli all you could have for breakfast. Disgusting standards.

Review 34：Very accurate and helpful administrators, great italian restaurant with delicious food. Regarding the breakfast - was more than OK: toasts, butter, ham, cheese, strawberry jam, egg, orange juice and coffee or tea. If is not enough for somebody I don`t know what would be ?!

Review 36：Good decor in hotel - both in reception and bar/restaurant areas and in the comfortable bedroom we stayed in. Good, quiet aircon. Great views across the Danube. A pleasant hotel with river views and good access to town centre and riverside park and restaurants. We will definitely stay at the Rovno next time we are in Vidin.
Review 37：The bathroom floor was dusty. There was no shower curtain. The breakfast was really weird: one sausage, one egg, tiny piece of white cheese and some toast.
Review 38：Fantastic view on the Danube. Friendly and very helpful receptionists. they've made the best out of the old concrete building, nice furniture and good loking bathroom. We liked the terrace of the restaurant. Great location near the stations and a pleasant riverside stroll away from the fortress.
Review 39：Disliked nothing. However the breakfast was a bit poor (coffee, orangedrink and 2x packaged croissants), was Ok just lack of choice.

Review 41：I must say only one negative thing about bath. There's no classic bath pot...you must stay on the floor next to the toilet and you can't take a shower more than 5-7 mins, cause bathroom after it will look like an swimming pool, full of water.

If you need a place to sleep in Vidin, don't think to go anywhere else. Choose Rovno. Don't miss excellent Room Service with no extra payments. The same prices as in Restaurant, and also don't miss to meet up great bulgarian food and people's hospitality.
