Review 2：Staff very helpful and friendly. Room is very comfortable. WIFI works very well and location is great. Breakfast is great too!
Review 3：Can be noisy as main roads passing nearby. Wifi in the room atrocious, really needs improving (was better 6 months ago on 8th floor, useless on 13th floor). Was told by someone who used to live there that management 'turns down' internet speed, but connection is also very bad with continous drop-outs. Worth consider seriously if you are dependent on internet for f.inst business.

Review 6：The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and fast free WIFI. Location is really close to the restaurants, supermarket, cafeteria and shopping centre. The flat is very confortable and quiet.

Review 9：The staff where very helpful , as I spoke very little Portuguese ,it didn't really matter as everything had an English translation. The rooms where spacious and kept very clean,I would recommend and use this hotel again, only a short walk to the town centre and bus station.

Review 12：The rooms are extremely dark with wood paneled walls. The air smelled of mildew and old blankets. The bathroom facilities were disgusting, so glad I remembered to take my shower slippers. If cleanliness is important to you then you will not enjoy your stay at this facility. Room wall sockets are all 220v and front desk does not have converters.
