Review 1:I felt let down completely. I was given a 1 bedroom apartment as booked but it lacked all kitchen facilities weo a kettle and a microwave/refrigerator. When we asked for crockery/cutlery we were given just a plate and 2 knives and forks. They told us it was all they had! We could smell the neighbours roasting so they must have had an oven. The apartment itself had seen better days and was nothing to write home about. The tiles and decor looked worn and dirty. There was a eastern european receptionist on duty as we arrived who was very rude to a guest so that put me off the place immediately. However the filipino who checked us in was very nice and helpful. There is a definite communication barrier too when we tried to explain our internet wasnt working and the router was asking for a password they kept saying it was fine. That took 24 hrs to sort out when finally a member of the IT dept came to have a look. Again it was the filipino receptionist who contacted IT (the previous day and night they kept on telling us a member of IT was coming to take a look but never showed up).
Review 2:The size was good. They had organised daily trips to Dubai mall or Deira city centre on alternate days and a bus to their private beach.

Review 8:This is not the first time in Ramada and always appreciate the stay at Ramada, but unfortunate the stay was in a very bad with twin although I request for king size, the bathroom is filthy, no carpet in the ground black marks in every corner. They moved me to other room which is excepted in some how but not in the level of the room I stayed before.

It hot broke because of heat !
Review 13:1) weak guest welcoming , barely you find someone to carry luggages . 2) Low quality furniture which fits for 3 stars hotels. 3) The building from outside does not look good and give bad expression. 4) The hotel does not has a valley parking service or at least I did not find any staff in front of the hotel's gate. 5) The room is lacking of some machines like washing machine .

They said they dont have any room and i go booking.com at the same time and i saw many rooms available and i booked , the reaction staff were very shame when i booked, also if they saw a local guy they say only we have vip room and also they lie.

Review 17:I was staying in Ramada Sharjah for nearly 15 days and it was just Amazing. My friend who is from Ajman asked me to come and stay in Ramada Ajman. So i decided and switch to Ramada Ajman. My impression was Ramada Ajman will be same like Ramada Sharjah and it was a very great disappointment. Comparatively i will say in one word Ramada Sharjah is 5 star and Ramada Ajman in 3 star.
Review 18:the kitchen doesn't have a cooker (even an electrical one ), instead they have a microwave which doesn't really help to heat things , kitchen doesn't have any Kitchen utensil .

Review 22:I stayed in a Studio type room. The Studio room was below 4 star hotel quality but the promotion price they gave during this stay was appropriate. Front Desk, Mahmoud, was disrespectful. I approached him and asked if I could have a late checkout. Almost instantaneously, he looked straight at me and said "No. Checkout is at 12." I was expecting a response such as "Let me check for you...yes I can or sorry I cannot" as this is the respectful responsible response. So in disbelief, I told him, "You replied NO right away without even checking?" in which he replied "We are fully booked. Sorry sir" (with serious almost annoyed face, no smile or regret in giving the answer.) Being a sales manager in gulf countries, I always travel and staying in hotels is 80% of my time. Booking.com is witness to that. Every time I asked for a late checkout in hotels, I was always granted even at least until 1pm in recognition of my request as a customer no matter how fully booked the hotel was. I then asked for his name and left. I did not try their breakfast anymore because I already lost my appetite after talking to Mahmoud. If this kind of attitude towards a customer doesn't bother you, go ahead and check in, but take the promotion rate.

Review 24:The room's bathrooms were not cleaned before check-in, the room's floor was crooked. The toilet seat was loose and need of repair. In essence, tower 3 is in dire need of renovation

Review 31:After I paid and did the paper works from the Reception to check-in at night, they don't guide or tell you which lift you should use or where your room is located - they'll tell you the floor though, but not to which Tower. Lost my way there for a bit.. went to Tower 2 to the same room no. I had - and apparently the same key card I have can open somebody else's room. Obviously - the guy inside the room (with same room no. I have, but wrong Tower) was most definitely shocked when I opened his door with my key card. It's funny now.. but I was too tired then so I was pissed basically..

Furniture needs an upgrade, it looks old fashioned and drapes, two chairs, and the couch didn't match at all, in fact rather ugly. It doesn't compare well with the Ramada by Sahara Center Sharjah. Pictures on the wall look cheap and didn't add anything to the décor.

Review 76:Check in clerk did not charge me appropriately. I had a reservation for five nights for total price of 1,350 AED including serivce charge and city tax. (The email from Booking.com shows this, but the printed out version did not.) Instead the clerk said the service charge and city tax was not included and charged me 1,500 AED for the five nights instead. I called 5 times about the television not supporting the sound on the HDMI connection. Staff did not replace the television until the following day, which corrected the problem. WiFi was down one morning for several hours. No wash cloths provided.

Review 87:Eng staff a few times I had technical issues and the staff had no idea on how to solve the matter even I as a guest know the problem and the salution and still they dint want to listen till they wasted 1 hour of my time and in the end my idea was the correct one. The hotel should really look into getting or teaching the engine staff how to do they job.

Such a disappointment really because had we known about this beforehand, we will NOT book at this property because the only reason why we booked this weekend was for my children to swim indoors. My daughter was clearly upset and my son got bored swimming by himself. He didn't even want to go to the pool the next day. The children's play area was unmanned, no staff around. The toilet had a foul smell and the fourth floor smelled like someone just smoked.

Review 135:Nothing at all that I did not like. My only comment would be that it would have been nice if there was a bar available in the hotel. It is however no different from all other hotels in Ajman which is predominantly dry. There are literally only a couple or so places to drink alchohol, one being the Keplinsky Hotel which has about five bars including a sports bar and is only 10 mins away by taxi.
Review 136:Double Bedroom apartment Suite - spacious clean, comfortable, cleaned daily with linin change if required and well equipped for eating within. The hotel has an excellent Buffet style restaurant for those on Holiday and not wanting to cook for themselves. Having frequented this a number of times, the food is always fresh, nicely prepared, lots of choice offering starters, Main, sweets and very plentiful. I can guarantee you will not leave hungry or disappointed. I have stayed relatively long term and have made very good use of the Office desk and free wi-fi in the apartment. For the healthy keep fit type, use of the gym and indoor swimming pool are available Free of charge. Private Car park, tarmacked, which provides off the street parking and with sun canopies.
Review 137:kitchen didnt have anything.. Just cupboards and microwave.. No utensils or plates.. No cooker.. Although we werent going to use any of those but im just noting that down.. Otherwise everything was pleasant in our stay.. If ajman is the place u want to stay in.. Ramamda is a great hotel to stay in
