Review 1：The bed could use a memory foam topper if you aren't into firm beds.

Review 2：The owner was like a tour guide, showed us what to do while we were there. The rooms weren't big they were cozy though.

Review 3：The only issue would be that if you were a very light sleeper, there is a fair bit of traffic that uses the road that passes the motel as its the main road that runs into the national park. There are ceiling fans and we found that helped drown out the noise. Besides that it was a great place to stay. Recommend it to anyone.

Review 4：The staff member that greeted us was so helpful. She gave us a map of Radium Springs and surrounding area and highlighted where all the decent places to eat, hike ect were. She then gave us free passes to the springs which was a nice added touch. The room was the cleanest room that I have ever stayed in. Nothing fancy but very clean and comfortable. The view from the room was spectacular and the beautiful hanging baskets on the veranda were second to none. There is even a table and chairs outside each room on the veranda for guests to sit at.

Review 6：Very clean room, well stocked kitchenette, nice staff. We stayed two nights, grilled one and cooked the other. We spent our days hiking in the park and soaking in the evenings. A wonderful get away.

Review 7：Very friendly manager at the desk. She was very helpful pointing out things to do in her community. Clean. The bathroom was absolutely clean! The gardens and flower boxes added to the beauty and charm. Not fancy, but clean and quiet place to sleep.

Review 10：I am impressed that your motel is attempting to go "go green", but we came unprepared for the lack of soap in the room, and no fridge. If that could be included in the description it might go over better. Also, room was extremely cramped.

Review 14：Wifi signal sub par...it would repeatedly disconnect. This needs to be improved upon, and could be done with minimal cost and effort. Had shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower, but did not have any sort of soap. Had to use the soap bottle from the sink. Either a soap bar or soap bottle would be great.

Review 15：Very clean. Rooms cleaned daily. Nice flowers outside. Decent sized rooms. Drop box to leave keys upon checkout. Staff was friendly and informative. You could tell that the individuals running this motel were "true" small business owners: they obviously take a ton of pride in keeping their property up kept, the rooms clean, and the overall experience for visitors an excellent. This was our first stay here, and based on our fantastic first experience, we would/will definitely try to stay here again upon return.

Review 17：This was a lovely place to stay!! Room with 2 queen beds, perfect one was soft, one firm, very quiet never heard anybody and barely heard a car every now and then. Very clean would highly recommend this place for a stay!!The owner was very helpful. Don't buy gas at Radium Gas Plus market as they charged our card the day after we left for $113.00.

Review 25：My bed was close to a window facing Hwy 93 and because of air-conditioning unit the window was slightly open and I did not get a good sleep because of the traffic noise, however friend sleeping in bed away from that window did not hear the road noise.

Review 26：We had an upper level room with a great view. It appeared to have been freshly painted and very clean. Windows front and back of our room and in bathroom. Nice deck table and chairs out front of every room. Staff were quick at shutting down loud music that came from motel on next property. Nice treat to get a pass to Radium Hot Pools.

Review 27：Bed not very comfy, traffic noise. Would be nice if there was a hook on the back of the bathroom door since bathroom is small and not any counter space. We'd go back and stay again with earplugs

Review 31：My sister-in-law and myself spent a night here. As room had 2 queen beds, there could be 4 people staying there. We would suggest a mirror outside the bathroom on the wall (and a small shelf) where one person could be doing their hair or makeup while a 2nd was using the bathroom facilities. Bathroom could also use a small shelf.

Review 33：Rooms were quaint, but comfortable. They were very clean, and the beds were good to sleep on. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very welcoming. Motel is located on the main road into Radium, but was not noisy. Coffee machine in room, was a welcome addition.

Review 34：The pillows were a bit on the thin side for me. My wife, however, had no problem with them. This would be a more of a personal preference than a truly negative assessment.

The kitchen was large with full size fridge and stove and dishes etc. There was a full size coffee maker, not those tiny junior ones that you can barely get a coffee from. Everything was very clean and we could have cooked full meals if we wanted. Overall very good experience!

Review 39：I was pretty sore after the hiking we had done the week before and was dreaming of how nice an elevator could have been. :) Also, a mini-fridge would have been nice since the dinner I had provided a lot of leftovers.

Review 47：Room smelled smokey. It was very hot while we were there. There are no drawers to put things in. While it lake a cosier there is a small rack to hang a few items on. The sign for the hotel is blocked by trees and not very visible. We had to use our navigation system to find it.

Review 80：We arrived after a long hot day travelling and were delighted to find a cool, clean and well appointed room. The balcony really does have the wonderful display of flowers and this is indicative of the care which was shown throughout the property. Its was not a 'luxury hotel' but for a very reasonable price we enjoyed a very good value and comfortable stay. Free passes and towels for the hot springs are included if you feel so inclined!

Review 87：Shower floor was extremely slippery and water was challenging to regulate. Our bed was great and we slept well until a group checked in next door at 12 midnight made a lot of noise and turned on the tv for a while. Lots of people smoke on the balcony walkways so you can't leave your window open unless you like the smell.
