Review 3：I didn't like the location, it was kind of difficult to find ,in spite of being really close of Palm beach area. Also the cleanliness it's something that needs to be improved , mostly speaking in the bedroom. We' ve found littles roach every time we arrive to the bedroom.

Review 10：The family that owns Palm Beach were the best. They made us feel like we were part of their family. Uncle Irwin, Marvin, Junior, Jacob, Cynthia, and the Breakfast Cooks were great. I will be staying there again at the end of our stay in a couple weeks. And will be using this facility in the furture years.

Review 12：This is not a hotel but a private opeator who let out rooms. Local taxi services do not know the location because it does not even has a sign ouside. I am surprised your organisaton even classifid this as a hotel .

It is onlyabout 3/4 mile to high rise hotels and cheap local bus called Arubusthat runs to all needed areas. But the real selling point is that theytreat you like family & show you all the things to do around the island.Very kind and cordial family owned villas. We loved our week longvacation and the room had everything we needed.
Review 16：There is no lobby, the access to the hotel is an earth (dust) path, adirty road. The staff is friendly but totally amateur, all the hotel isa familiar house, it is not recommended for business, only for a withlow budget family.No hay lobby, el acceso al hotel es por una calle de tierra, ni vereda hay. El personal es muy amigable pero precario, todo el hotel es una casa de familia, no es recomendable para negocios, solo para familias con bajo presupuesto

Review 18：* Cockroaches in the room (we found 2 died in the bathroom one day, and on the next day we found another 2 cockroaches - 1 still moving around in the bedroom, and 1 more died in the bathroom).* The bedrooms were unhygienic especially after going to the beach for the day, we do not get any change of bedsheets and towels daily (apart from if you stayed there for more than 4 nights) * Blocked sink, brushing up was very uncomfortable since the water does not drain down. NO hot water in the bathroom. * When we asked the owner to call for a TAXI, a private driver came to pick us and overcharged us (we were later told by the locals that we were overcharged).

Review 21：As an individual traveller I found myself in very good hands at the Palm Beach Retreat. The reception is very warm and personal and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is very close to the beach but nicely tucked away from the crowded area around the big hotel strip. Don't forget to ask for the grand tour on the island for you will be treated with some local gems you'll miss on the touristic tours. Palm Beach Retreat is top!
Review 22：The people are great. It's a family that runs the retreat... So you'llbe living in a huge house where one wing is theirs and the rest of thehouse is rented out. Great service and quality for the price. The ownerand his family are really nice and accommodating. They have an awesomepool, pool table and bar in the back for their house. It's perfect ifyou like to explore different than the usual touristy places while youtravel, as this is located about 10 mins away from the restaurant andbeach strip.
