Review 1：On the morning of our departure we left our room to walk down the street for breakfast. on return the cleaning staff were already in our room cleaning it. felt rushed out.
Review 2：Despite the instructions on the wall - we could not get our air conditioner to work. Because it was after 11 pm- there was no one to call. Also could not get the wifi to work (neither could the room next to us so it wasn't user error) and again no one to call. No one in the office in the am before we checked out.
Review 3：Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Location - heart of Radium near hot springs and Kootenay National park.

Review 10：The heat went off when the outside door was left open. Great idea and saves energy. Friendly staff. Would stay there again when I am in the area. Surprised Wi-Fi was available and would use it on any future visit.
Review 11：The parking on the second floor was very tight for our truck since our room was the last on the row. So we parked about 3 stalls over a bit better.

Review 14：The location of the motel is very good if you want to get to the hot springs as it is just east out of Radium next to the highway. The rooms were clean and offered all basic amenities.

Review 17：this was a quiet, quaint hotel. the cleanliness of the unit was excellent. we had coffee at an outdoor table and watched mountain sheep eat petunias from one of the many flower boxes.
Review 18：The ownder entered my room without my consent while I was out for breakfast. He said it was because my dogs were barking and disturbed the neighbours. I did my due dilligence to approach all neighbours and apologize and they all said they did not have an issue and that they could not hear my dogs. The owner proceeded to tell me when he came to my room to put my dog on a leash, yet his dog roams free and this is making my dog want to near his dog, then when I said I was not comfortable with him entering my room without consent, and how was I to know he didn't touch my dogs, he said he did touch my dogs!!! He proceeded to tell me that he was not going" to kiss my ass" and that he could do what he wants because he is the owner. Very unreasonable person! This was a pet friendly hotel, maybe for his pet!
Review 19：The sink tap - didn't know which way to turn to get it to stop. Needs some work The water was extremely hot. Travelling with a senior who had trouble with taps myself included. No sink plug..... Last stay had pool passes - this time not. Staff commented either charge or upgrade. Understand need for cut back to do upgrades. But put customers in rooms that are truly functional, Had to move fridge to get clear entry to bathroom. Only 2 water glasses for a 4 person room

We had 4 people in the room and none of us slept that night as the beds were so hard. There was literally no give whatsoever.
