Review 1：Lightening very dim and made room seem dingy on first impression. LED would work wonders. Brighter paint would help too

Review 9：The bad experiences were as follows: 1. The clerk did not know the room she booked us into was not cleaned and ready. This was about 3:30 PM. 2. Shortly after we arrived, one of the staff came and said he was quitting tonight not I think he said tomorrow. The fellow had two black eyes. 3. The staff we saw looked like people the owner had picked up out of the drunk tank - very unprofessional looking. Staff must be clean and neat. These are often the first people one meets when checking in - it is your first impression and it wasn't good.

Review 11：Absolutely the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. The floors were old and dirty, so was everything else. The air-conditioning machine was gross and I couldn't get it working. We couldn't get out of there quick enough. Would not recommend this place, sorry.

Review 16：Staff was very friendly and professional! They went out of their way to take care of our truck as there was no room for parking by our room. Later in the evening they took us up to our room so we didn't have to walk. Very nice of them. Enjoyed our stay.

Whether booking through "Booking.com "or directly through the hotel I expect good service and not made to feel I deserve what is available at the last minute.

Review 52：There was garbage strewn at the bottom of the stairs leading to our room. You have several units and I'm assuming that staff had not noticed it to ensure it was taken care of promptly.
Review 53：Friendly staff. It wasn't difficult to find and you are located in a part of the town which has less traffic. Bathroom is roomier than most, liked the deep tub and separate shower.
Review 54：The bed was hard and uncomfortable. We complained, but was just told "Sorry all our beds are the same". Could not stayed connected to the Wi-Fi at night. The room decor/furniture was extremely outdated; the lamps had part of the decoration peeling off. Found a chunk of hair floating in the jacuzzi tub, I put it on the side of the tub for the cleaning staff to see when they tidied up the room, but when we came back it was still sitting there right next to the fresh towel.

Review 112：Loved the location, the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, the 2 person jacuzzi tub and the manager, Nazir. He went above and beyond for an elderly couple that stayed there as well. Including taking them to the Hot Springs. Not a lot of managers would do so much for their guests. It was really sweet to see. Would definately stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.
Review 113：The room was very cold, took the heat 3-4 hours before comfortable. There were no extra blankets available. Hotel room door had no weather proofing, could feel the cold from outside. The windows did not lock.Overall it was an average room.

Review 117：The Manager is friendly and accommodating; he helped us enjoy our visit by providing local information and making sure we had what we needed. The pool and hot tub were great. The room was clean and comfortable and the kitchen outfitted so that I needn't have brought anything from home. The hot springs are just a short drive - or bike ride in the summer - away and while we didn't go out to the local restaurants there are a number a short walk away.
