Review 1：Very poor costomer service, very rude specially ladies. Bed / room not made every days , towel not change . Breakfast not serve on the 25 December , 31 and 1 January . Bed too small for 2 adult in an suite , the gym is not in use but they're informing costomer that is in use. Never use it each time i was visiting the gym it was always close Raised concerns on several occasions

Review 3：Despite booking a double room for 2 persons, both times the room was only prepared for 1 person (1 small and big towel, 1 teacup). Except 2 glasses. No big deal if they corrected it relatively quickly, but we called several times. Towels arrived, tea cup I eventually went down to pick up myself in the restaurant after waiting a few hours. On our second stay we were advised by the reception to call the restaurant separately for a tea cup, as she could only help arrange with towels! Small, but annoying things, not making you feel welcome as a couple.
Review 4：We stayed in executive room on 7th floor. Newly renovated, safe, very nice with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Since only passing through Douala, very convenient with in-house restaurant that served great food and also their staff were attentative and helpful. A plus for the reception staff that was helpful with local safety recommendations, and for the free airport shuttle service for both of us despite departure at different hours.
