Review 3：Everything, Philippe made us feel instantly welcome and the wait staff was extremely friendly and competent. The view from the room was spectacular and the food was top notch. Half board is the way to go here, a tremendous value. Wengen is a very special place and our experience here will exhaust me of superlatives.

Review 5：Delightful, helpful staff and beautiful views of the mountains from the hotel. Outdoor dining in lovely area - best site for a hotel in all of Wengen. Erica at the main desk gave invaluable suggestions of trails to hike and things to do. Exceeded all expectations.
Review 6：everything was lovely! the town itself seemed to have limited restaurant choices... the hotel restaurant is excellent, however perhaps a bit gourmet for kids... there is also a great restaurant in town to try: Pasta & More on the main street.

Great location in town and good connections to Jungfraujoch. Hotel staff will pick up your luggage as you arrive at the train station - very convenient!
Review 8：Wifi sometimes quite slow. A kettle and small fridge would have made the room perfect. The fixed shower screen on bath made it very difficult to turn on the taps if you have short arms!

Review 15：Amazing experience staying here was one of the many good things at Wengen. Couldn't have asked for a better service. We had our travel early in the morning and they treated us with a sandwich as we would miss our complementary breakfast. View too was excellent from inside our room.

Review 20：We were warmly greeted by the staff who helped us get our bags to our rooms. Wengen is a charming alpine village. The hotel was beautiful and charming with stunning views. The rooms were very comfortable with down comforters. The restaurant was lovely and had excellent food for the meals we had at breakfast and dinner. I looked for, and found, the quintessential Swiss hotel.
Review 21：Finally we cannot have the seat by the window at the breakfast during 3 nights' stay, though we requested. One of staff is not good. She did not give us enough explanation and service during breakfast. Room amenities were not refilled during our 3 nights' stay.

The breakfast was fine but the dinners were absolutely fabulous! We even saw the chef picking fresh herbs from the hotel's garden. The room was a large size for most European places and very comfortable. The views were great from what we could see. It rained the whole time. Great location just down the main street from the train station. They will pick you up in a golf cart and take your baggage when you arrive and leave. Couldn't have asked for a better place. We would definitely stay there again!

No cars on the streets is a big advantage! Staff absolutely great, friendly. Stunning view from the rooms and nice smell of herbal cosmetics in the bathroom. Review 86：We were welcomed at the train station and escorted to the hotel where we received a warm welcome. The room was very comfortable with a lovely view of Jungfrau from the balcony. We ate 2 nights at the hotel's restaurant. We were seated on the lovely new terrace where, once again, we had beautiful views of the mountains. The food and service could not have been better. The hotel manager and entire staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hotel Schoenegg.

The meals were gourmet in the evening with an extensive wine list. Just a light walk to the rail station up to Jungfraujoch or down to Lauterbrunnen. A few meters from the gondola to Mannlichen. An amazing place to visit.

Review 99：The rooms are very plain and lack some comfort. The beds are small and there is no TV in the room. When we asked we were told we could have ordered a TV, but we were unaware of this before we arrived. The wi-fi is irregular. There is no automatic cooked breakfast.
