Review 1：Bed to short even for 1.70 m person, no insolation inside/outside concerning noises and wind. Nice, fresh fruity but rationed breakfast served to table might not be everyones favorite solution. Finally I felt a bit unconfortable living next to the staff family.
Review 2：Amazing beach and hiking trails nearby, hotel proposes bikes, staff ready to help even if most of them don't speak English. Nice bathroom. Room should provide some storage furniture. You need a car to reach Niteroi center, bus system is difficult to deal with.

Review 8：Nobody speaks english nor spanish (except the very kind owner, but sheis not there in the afternoon). I did'nt uderstand how to switch offthe air conditioning in my room, it was cold and nobody could explain tome. The rooms look directly toward the garden but there are no curtainsat the window!?!

Review 10：First, the customer service was outstanding. Nelson, his wife Oberta,and his entire staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, andto help us in any way they could. The accommodations were equal tosupposed luxury hotels elsewhere. But the thing that sets ItacoatiaraInn above all others we have stayed, is how the owners and staff madeyou feel welcome for the entire time you are there. The food was verygood and there was a good variety of meals to try. When we needed a rideto church Oberta cheerfully volunteered to take us and pick us up. Thegrounds are well kept, the pool was clean, the overall experience couldnot have been better. If you view the pictures online that is exactlywhat you will experience.
Review 11：Perfect place to get away. Nelson and Roberta made me feel like I was right at home and were there whenever I needed anything. This place really has everything, spa with jaquzzi, pool, the beach is right there. Food was great and varies day to day. They offer a lot of tourism information, and transportation is incredibly easy to get to RIO. You can´t go wrong staying here. Can´t wait to go back!
