Review 1：To be charged on the day of booking!!!! before we even arrived at the hotel. When using Booking.com I'm told to give my credit card to secure the reservation - no charges.Total amount to be paid at the hotel. The card for booking could be completely different from the one for charging. It could have caused some financial problem. I was told that is the hotel policy so, my suggestion to Booking.com is either cut that hotel from your list or make absolutely clear that they charge your card immediately.

Review 2：Nothing exceptional. Good size rooms. Attention to detail - we were given a room on ground floor as we are over 50. Excellent breakfast.

Review 3：I´ve been customer of Booking.com since 2006, and there was no problem giving the credit card number, I Booked in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, France, Colombia, about 50 hotels I reserved with no problem, But now Booking.com is billing directly as an automated system, with the consequence that you cannot manage changes in the stay with the hotel, when for instance less days or cancellations after Booking.com´s rules, for this reason, from now, I am not more a Booking.com customer.

Review 4：I didn´t like to be at the first floor considering the entry of cars bellow of my room, but it wasn´t a big problem. The recepcionist couldn´t change the room at the night, but, again, no big deal!

Review 5：Very close to bus station, university, gym, supermarket and the Centre of Canela.

Review 6：Sometimes the parking may get full, but it's not difficult to find places on the street.

Review 7：Good location with nice restaurant options within 10min walk. Big comfortable and clean rooms.

Review 10：great big breakfast, huge rooms (we were upgraded to a deluxe suite, which is almost a small apartment), the room smells like cinnamon :)

Review 11：No air conditioning, which I had neglected to notice when I booked. Over each bed was a ceiling fan, but one was broken. Couldn't get "room darkening shades" to function, and there were a lot of lights outside.

Review 12：The breakfast was very nice, one of the best we had on our two week trip. A large lounge area upstairs with computer access.
