Review 1：You will be charged additionally for the use of an air-conditioner what is absolutely nonsense!
Review 2：The guest house is located in the center of Kalofer, close to Hristo Botev museum and available restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean
Review 3：We booked a room with four beds. The description of the room said thatthe room would contain a toilet, shower, fridge and other kitchenequipment like cooking plates etc. but both the toilet, shower andkitchen was common. I don't mind common bathroom and kitchen, but wethought that we paid for a room that had its own and not common so wefelt a bit cheated. Also in the beginning the staff locked the kitchenbetween 22 and 7 o'clock so we couldn't use it in that timeperiod. Later though, they agreed on letting us the kitchen whenever wewanted. The beds were quite hard to lie on so some of us experiencedback pain.
