Review 1：Water quality questionable - warm water, one time as seen in sink was slightly brown. Breakfast not included.

Review 9：non waterfront rooms are just a few feet away from parked cars in the lot. a bit noisy in these rooms. rooms are very small. difficult to get any breeze on hot days.

Review 11：Nice room with seaview and very comfy beds. Good inclusive breakfast in dining area also with seaview served from 5am so could eat prior to checking in for the ferry at 5.30am!. Within walking distance of all amenities. Room had binoculars and umbrella for guest use - nice touch! Would stay here again if passing through.

Review 14：We stayed at eight hotels during our recent visit to Canada. At seven we were received with courtesy and good manners. The exception was the Inn on the Harbour. After the receptionist had dealt with the person in front of us, she ignored us for several minutes while she typed on the computer. When she finally acknowledged us, she told us that we weren't expected til 3 [we hadnt said this] and our room wasn't ready. At every other hotel, even if we were two hours early, they did their best to ensure we had a room immediately. The following day we found that neither of the door card keys would work. When we explained this, we were then given a lecture [by this same receptionist] on how sensitive the keys were, and we must not have them near either car keys or mobile phone. I said that we had neither with us. She ignored this completely and continued to lecture us. These examples [ there are more] suffice to show our experience. We saw other guests treated similarly, so it couldnt be just our faces.

Review 15：Other than the receptionist, most staff were very helpful, and the views were great. But a hotel is so easily spoilt by bad experience.

Review 16：No air conditioner, so hot and stuffy, barely slept. The staff was wonderful and provided a second fan and tip to put the shower on cold water which helped very minimally. Scores would be higher if the air conditioners were installed and we got some sleep.

Review 71：It was so unbearably hot in the room that we had trouble sleeping. No air conditioning, no breeze and a insufficient fan. On section of the window that barely gave any air intake. The bathroom counter top is in dire need of replacement. We just thought it would be nicer overall. It looks nice from the outside but a disappointment on the inside. We booked on line and wondered if we were just given the worst room in the place or if all of your rooms are like ours was. Would not stay again nor would we refer this place to others.

Review 73：The room was very nice. Looks like it had been recently updated. However, the thermostat did not work & there was no air conditioning in the room. Fortunately there was a fan so we used that which helped to cool down the room somewhat. The continental breakfast was the typical toast, bagels, muffins & dry cereal. For the price we paid for the room we expected a bit more.

Review 74：it was difficult to cool the room therastat was off in the heat. it said 20 but it was like 27 in the room...which must have been a problem with all rooms as almost all the 2nd floor had all their windows open on a -2 night(this was a problem in past years we have spent their at the same time of the year.)

Review 75：there new remolded look,the larger eating room.staff was good about calling coaches up at 11pm because the girls were running around like elephants on the 2nd floor for the last 4 hours of the evening

Review 76：1-Can clearly hear guests next door, upstairs and hallway as though they are in your room! Very uncomfortable to hear nasty sounds and entire conversations from strangers from the comfort of your bed. 2-Rooms have old bathrooms when rest of room has been renovated. They should have renovated the entire room and made available when it was totally redone. Bathtub plugged up...yuk!

And I did not like the manager holding a confidential meeting in the guests lounge/ breakfast room and expecting us to sit somewhere else. Very poor. Nor was I impressed when we were given a bill on leaving about $40 more than the original quote which took ten minutes to sort out.
